Outstanding.Blew us away compared to our old one.Like you were in the theater. Also liked that you tailor the sound so that it's easier to enhance the voices in scenes where it can be hard to understand dialog.

Best sound bar I have ever used. I had to use closed captions with my last bar and now I don't need them.

The buying experience was excellent. The sales associate was articulate, extremely pleasant, and most importantly helpful. I only wish we had obtained his name. As far as the unit is concerned I am significantly hearing-impaired. This unit has been "a game changer". I now frequently watch television live shows and movies without closed captioning. I have on two previous sound bars and this rates a platinum five stars.

Not a bad sound bar. I think it’s better than Bose; I would like to get the sub that goes with it but now it is good enough. You can actually hear the voices.

The speakers are great and now you can enhance the dialogue and no need for subtitles. However the Sonos app has issues that after a year have not been worked out.

Arc Ultra Easy App set-up, sound is better than expected in small living room space (240 sq ft), clear crisp vocals on music. Speaker responds well to verbal instructions with microphone turned on, nice adder feature. Will be adding the Mini-Sub to increase bass.

Amazing clarity of sound and dialogue has never sounded better!

I don’t get it. With all the complicated set up and optimization routines combined with the marketing hype I should be happy as a pig in dirt. I combined this with their remote sub. Only the best for me and mine so go big or go home. I shoulda went home. Worst thing: The audio level imbalance for most any TV show or movie is horrible. If you set the volume to hear the voices when an action scene hits it will hit so loud it knocks us out of our seats scrambling to turn down the volume. After that we can no longer hear the dialogue. This is for all streaming services and DVDs (what’s that?). As an engineer I went through all the settings and used the automatic sound set up routine built into the system. This sound bar might be great for a frat house movie night, but not for your average quiet home den. Next Worst Thing: Volume is digital notching. The system is all digital, including the volume control. So instead of a nice linear volume level you get digital notched volume. So the lowest setting is zero volume but one click up is too loud for late-nite viewing while someone is sleeping. There is no control over this. It’s a very synthetic experience and rude. Next: The system cannot be used or set up without using a flaky app. No plugging this thing in and go. It needs to talk to your phone and more importantly to it’s mothership somewhere. If you have a cabin in the woods don’t expect for this $$$$ to do anything. Lastly: Don’t buy into the hype that this is the best I just set up another TV with another brand sound bar which was less than half the price and it works so good I am ready to dump my Arc Ultra and go foe something like that.
