I had originally purchased a Bose sound bar but had problems with the application so I traded it in for the Sonos. The Bose soundbar had noticeably better sound quality. Disappointed because I had heard so many good things about Sonos.

When it works, it's fine. But--very often it doesn't work when I turn on the TV. I have to turn the TV off, then turn it back on again, and then usually the soundbar comes on and I have sound. I called Sonos and they told me how to reboot it. It worked for a day then started not working again, same problem. I expected more from this expensive item. Also, I would not recommend Best Buy to purchase a TV. The salesman told me the sound bar would fit under the TV and told me the TV would swivel on its stand. Both were incorrect, so I had to buy an additional stand from Geek Squad (which does the delivery and installation). Be aware that the sales people are not knowledgeable about the merchandise and check everything out yourself. Delivery slow--it took a full 3 weeks from the time I bought the TV and soundbar until it was delivered.

Bought this product for my outdoor Pavillion! My wife and I absolutely love this product!! Quality sound!!!

Perfect sound. I had 2 Sonos One and now I can do surround sound with the Sonos Beam.

It's okay. Not meant for open spaces with movies. Have to turn it up way too loud just to hear dialog properly. Handles music just fine if your expectations are in line. Sonos ecosystem is nice if you have multiple units spaced out.

Easy set up with a new Samsung. Sound is amazing for tv programs and sounds great as a speaker for music sites.

I absolutely LOVE this Sonos sound bar. The sounds are so much better and the background music doesn’t drown out the actors voices. Love it.

Overall no better than most other soundbars. I thought I'd give Sonos a try. Good sound but not excellent. I was not able to use their proprietary TrueSound programming, for whatever reason. I wasn't able to connect the Mini Sub wirelessly, because the Beam did not accept my router connection (in a commercial setting, not the ordinary household equipment). So, the subwoofer would work only if I connected the Bean by ethernet cable (but didn't have an ethernet connection in the room). So, I had to return the unit and replace with a Bose.

Beam2 is one of the best sound bars and by adding Mini Sub , it sounds better.

We love the Sonos sound bar. The sound is crisp and clear and better than any other we've owned.

Sonos Beam is a good sound bar, I am loving music, movies, TV series, Sport and Games, I highly recommend this product

Excellent sound True surround sound and deep room filling sound from this Beam(2). Smaller than my original Sonos playbar and ,ugh better sound

Beam gen 2 is an awesome sound bar!! Especially paired with the sub gen 3 and 2 era 100s. Sounds great!!

Great sound and clear dialogue my only complaint is compared to Bose soundbar 300 the Sonos does not play music as loud. Buy movies or tv the Sonos shine. Also for this amount of money there should be two HDMI inputs

Set up was really easy; sound is great. For a smaller room this works fine without a full surround set up.

Love this. Had a bose and this is better in my book.
