Not for medium-large vaulted rooms
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After reading the reviews, decided to pick one up for the a larger living room with a large open concept vault to the 2nd floor. In a smaller room this sounds pretty good but in a large room like this it's just too much for it to handle. Without the walls/ceilings to help the acoustics the upper registers are mellowed at best, the low end isn't even there. The midrange overall is ok and it can project decently into the other room (50'+ away) but is mellowed out. Given the size of room, if you only need something that can present dialog cleanly, go for it. Otherwise, it's a hard pass for large rooms. Some may say, get the sub and some wireless sat. speakers but at that price range there are better alternatives.
