Just Doesn't Work

I usually don't allow myself to be up-saled, but I did in this case. I would much prefer the $70 Insignia sound bar (which I know works) to this $500 Sonos. It requires an app to work and it resets itself every time you turn off the TV. This means you have to set up the room through the app EVERY time you want to watch TV. We have been on the phone with Sonos customer service at least three times and will continue to try to get this thing to work (btw our internet is sufficient so that's not the problem). I wish we had taken it back rather than try to keep working with it.
