Excellent sound distribution. I would like to have had a bit more volume on the sides, but this is really very acceptable. This Beam, in combination with 2 rear One speakers creates a room full of wonderful sound.

I had a hard time setting up as i have 2 different networks and another sonis on the other network

Complete Junk! I would never purchase another "Plug In" speaker product that will not work unless you install an app that needs a username, password, my precise location, access to my WiFi, or any personal contact or location information. AFTER doing all of that it will still not connect and will not reset. There is no sound coming out of it at all. There is 1 power cord and 1 hdmi cord and I tried multiple ones. I now have a $500.00 paper weight or door stop. I have a better idea, buy something that plugs in and just works. Period. Now I get to go through an entire run around on how to fix this garbage. And since it was purchased through the Magnolia Center it is NOT covered under the Best Buy Total Geek Squad protection plan. Or at least my last purchase wasn't. In this day and age when prices on everything are sky high the last thing I need is to be ripped off buy garbage products. I don't see how I could have done anything wrong. I plugged it in (very simple) and have now been trying to get it to work for the last 2 1/2 hours. There is absolutely no one in their right mind that would say this is normal or that it works better this way. It is now 1-1-2024 and it was purchased on 9-19-2023. I should have tried to set it up right away but that should not matter at all. Any body have any suggestions on what to do next?

Sound quality was low without purchasing the extra woofer. Unless you are buying all of the accompanying components i would not recommend.

Sound is great but installation and customer service from Best Buy was not what it used to be. They drilled through to the wall behind and didn’t bother to tell me. The tv was crooked. No one answered when I tried to call geek squad

The guys who came to install the sound bar and fix our remote were great!

For the price you're paying, I was really hoping for better sound quality, but this was just alright in my experience. Also, if you want to download an app and give access to your location data and other information just to use a soundbar, this is the soundbar for you.

Better sound for bigger bucks. Not certain if it’s worth it. I like it.

Sound quality is so-so, but the biggest issue is the remote range. I got this sound bar's TV hooked up to a Chromecast in a large open-floor plan room. I can control the Chromecast from anywhere in the room, but to change the volume or mute, I have to be within ~15 ft from the TB

It would NOT connect to our Samsung 65” TV:( Wouldn’t recognize the soundbar being plugged in. Sadly, I had to return it.

Great product and good sound for the money. I bought this for my old CX LG oled that I use to have in living room that I moved to master bedroom and does a good job and ample sound for what is needed

Good product. Would love to see how the big Sonos would sound like.
