Not Working with Samsung TVs

Sonos support is aware of the issue but has no update as to when a fix, if ever, will be available. Sonos Support’s work around is to use the optical cable, instead of the HDMI cable.

Good for dialog

Sounds amazing but is a headache

Come back home and now doesn't work with tv at all no matter what I do. Tried factory resetting but that doesn't want to work either, cost way too much to only work once and for a few hours. Finally get the beam working now the app doesnt work seriously a flawed system

Hammering Sound- Defective

Beam would start making a hammering/machine gun sound at full volume out of nowhere. Sometimes while in use, other times in the middle of the night. Only way to stop it is to unplug it and it's literally painful to your ears to be in the same room when it's happeneing. Didnt stop no matter what troubleshooting I tried with support so I returned it. It has been going on for over a year, since the release of this bar and the Arc actually has a similar ongoing issue.
