Amazing sound, but beware of defective soundbars

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’m not an audiophile but to me, the sound quality and the way the sound filled up my room felt top notch. However, there is a known issue where the soundbar will randomly produce a sound that sounds like a jackhammer is going off, and it is LOUD (it has happened to me 4 times now). It seems to be a hardware defect, and the only way to stop the noise is to unplug the Beam. Sonos agreed to replace my device, but it’s unfortunate to see that this issue is happening for multiple people.
