    Not best product from Sonos. Traded in for Sonos arc which is a much better product.

    Easy to install with my Sony but a little tricky to pair with my Sonos 1 speakers.

    This sound bar is very easy to use after set up. Setting it up is a bit difficult

    Hammering Sound- Defective

    I didn't realize what a widespread issue this was until it happened to me and I started searching it online. Beam would start making a hammering/machine gun sound at full volume out of nowhere. Sometimes while in use, other times in the middle of the night. Only way to stop it is to unplug it and it's literally painful to your ears to be in the same room when it's happeneing. Didnt stop no matter what troubleshooting I tried with support so I returned it. It has been going on for over a year, since the release of this bar and the Arc actually has a similar ongoing issue.

    The design is sleek, but the audio quality falls short. Given the cost, it leaves me questioning the value. Expected more for the cost.

    The biggest plus is dialog is clearer. Also like the size - a fraction of our old sound bar . Wish I could connect to it directly via Bluetooth .

    Sounds amazing but is a headache

    Worked fine for a few hours then left to go to the gym. Come back home and now doesn't work with tv at all no matter what I do. Tried factory resetting but that doesn't want to work either, cost way too much to only work once and for a few hours. Finally get the beam working now the app doesnt work seriously a flawed system

    Avoid Sonos: Trying to get support for an arguably buggy system is like winning the lottery. Live Chat always responds with "No Live Chat Representatives Available" (when trying to chat during the alloted time). There is no email. The Bot Chat function is less intelligent then a Eufy floor vacuum, and my many attempts at calling their 800 number have always had a minimum of a 45 mintute hold time. I can't recommend the products as they're dependent on the Sonos app, and the app is buggy. (Check out Reddit about this).

    Bricked Equipment and Horrid Customer service

    Incredible waste of money. Worked for about 4 months and now a total brick. Call customer service and be put on a 60+ min hold before you can even talk to anyone. They updated software for the app without proper testing and their customers pay the price . Do not by Sonos. I literally have $1000 of sound equipment and none of it now works.
