    Very good sound however music separation could be better. Quality cabinet with several accessories available

    Will never deal with Best Buy again

    Review is against Best Buy, not the speaker. Horrendous customer service. I ordered this speaker open box in excellent condition, and instead received the Sonos Ray, covered in grease. I spent hours on the phone trying to get various agents to coordinate the exchange. After several failed promises, mistakes, and experiences with unprofessionalism, weeks later I am still left soundbar-less. One agent tried to provide me with a gift card as consolation for the frustration and for the waste of time, but this request had supposedly been rejected by his supervisor. If you wanted to try to speak to a staff member at a store, you are no longer able to over the phone. I’ve left one or two bad reviews in my entire life, and felt that this experience warranted going out of my way to do so. I heard great things about this product! Save your time and buy it either in person, or from someone who’s reliable.

    Sounded great in store but less so at home. If you do not have an iphone you will not be able to set up sound for your space correctly. Price was OK, but not great.

    Sound is just ok not great for an open room. It’s not worth the beam and the larger one is needed.

    Couldn’t complete app connection with my Samsung tv. Several attempts with Sonos support failed to help and never got it working properly.

    Unfortunately I had to return the Sonos Beam. Very confusing steps to connect the Beam with the online software. Gave up after five hours. Slick product, but you may need Geek Squad to get it up and running.

    This is Gen 2 but can't seem to notice the difference from the Beam.

    Voice and sound delay is pretty bad, tried all settings but no help.

    It’s way too expensive to not even get 3 years of usage & doesn’t even come with a remote control! I bought the stand for it too so don’t buy this product

    Machine Gun!!

    I connected via HDMI via ARC to a Samsung TV. The next day the unit emitted a VERY LOUD full volume machine gun type sound. I had to shut the unit off to get it to stop! It scared everyone including my dog. I contacted Sonos and they wanted like gee we have never heard of this? So I googled the issue and it is apparently common yet Sonos' response is duh we don't know? They want you to get a video of it and don't shut it dow so that you can get a diagnostic report? I don't know how you can do this since I truly believe this LOUD noise is harmful to your hearing! Surely they know this yet they act like it is something unknown BUT IT IS NOT. It has now happened 3 times. Ready to return it to Best Buy.

      Hi, and thank you for taking the time to write a review. You're indeed correct that there were known issues with Samsung tv's specifically. However, we have released software updates to fix those problems as well as Samsung because some of the issues were on their end as well. We assume any broad issues with Samsung Tv's have been addressed. This specific issue is not something we are aware of but hope to collect as much data as possible to 1) see if it is something we can fix on our end. 2) compile it to see if it becomes a larger issue or if it's just a one-off problem. That's why we asked for a diagnostic and data collection. We're very sorry for your experience with the Sonos Arc. We know this was a inconvenience and never set out for that to be the case. john.milton

    I contemplated buying this vs. the Sonos arc. Sound isn't bad, but for a few hundred more, I'd stick with the arc.

    Can’t use Bluetooth with I phone. I would try looking at the bigger Sonos if this would be like the Bose 900

    Sonos has consistently made changes to their ecosystem that are not in the best interest of the user. Their latest app update is a prime example of this. It is an incomplete app that has broken many major features of their products. For example, you can no longer change the WiFi settings of their WiFi speakers. You can no longer adjust the alarms. The old alarms still occur, you just cannot change them anymore. See the forums for the entire list but you get the picture. I regret spending this much money with them. Denon would be a better choice in retrospect.

    I’m A Huge Sonos Fan!

    I love Sonos. I have so many Sonos speakers I’ve lost count. This purchase was a Xmas present for my daughter and her new apartment. I’m sure it will be the first of many for her as well. And Best Buy is exactly that — the best!

    Rattling BEAM after 2 months/connection issues

    Purchased in April and only use for TV not music the bass in the music on the TV is rattling badly. Very annoying rattles! Plus the connections takes me out, sometimes i can control the next time I cant. I have to log in and out everytime. THIS IS EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING

    Had already done my homework on this particular soundbar,so I was pretty confident in what I was buying,first soundbar I ever purchased,but I don't think by any means I made a bad choice
