    My equipment keeps shutting down.

    After only about 60 days after my purchase, the equipment I purchased in connection with my TV shuts down every 18 to 19 minutes. I keep my basement equipment on at the same time, and that equipment is more than 10 years old, it does not shut down and the TV is still on. So it is not a Comcast issue. I will bring this to the attention of the Best Buy sales manager and installer and I hope they can solve the problem. If they can do so, I will increase my overall rating to a much higher rating.

    DO NOT USE WITH SAMSUNG TVs

    Have a Samsung frame TV and this Sonos speaker and the TV get out of synch. You have to turn off the TV to reset it unless you want to see lips moving and have audio delayed. No fix for it. Sonos blames Samsung, Samsung blames Sonos.

    Sonos beam is pretty much useless without the subwoofer. Sounded nearly the same as my Sony TV speakers. Returned for a full-length soundbar with sub system.

    It's an ok soundbar. It requires wifi connection for all features, there is no physical remote. The sound quality is not the best.

      Thank you for trying out the Sonos Beam. We're sorry you didn't love your experience. If you still have it we wanted to mention a couple of things. One, you can use the remote you're already using with your tv! It's really easy to teach our products a remote under room settings. (who wants an additional remote laying around right?) Also, if you're an IOS user we recommend running our trueplay tuning which tunes the speaker to your room which is also under room settings. We hope this helps your experience. john.milton

    Purchase was a disaster. Sales member clearly told me the sound bar could run of the desktop. Simply not true.

    Sound was just ok and not much surround or bass. Have old style Bose 300 soundbar now and wasn’t even close to as good. Very disappointing for the price.

    Set up is hard

    Setting this up was a pain. When we finally did, there were a few apps on the TV that wouldn’t play sounds. The HDMI cable never worked and kept getting errors that a different HDMI was interfeering, which was not true. Had to use the “no HDMI” option. Sound is okay, but the lack of remote sucks! You must use your phone to change the volume. Exchanging for a different one.

      We're very sorry you had a rough time with the set up process. Sometimes there are some additional settings on the tv that have to be tampered with to make sure it's putting out the proper codec. As far as the remote, we don't include one because you can use the remote your already using with your tv! We walk you through the remote pairing process during set up or you could have gone back to add it anytime under room settings. We just have you press the volume and mute buttons a couple of times and that's it. You're set up using the remote you're already using. john.milton

    No Bluetooth. How do you buy something these days that's not Bluetooth compatible? And to not be told that it's not Bluetooth compatible. Wish I I realized it before the return date has passed.

    Get yourself three compact speakers like the Bowers & Wilkins M1 and a good Denon sound processor instead of this soundbar. It is okay but the treble is not accurate; the surround effect is also just okay. Dedicated three compact speakers and a good Denon Atmos receiver will knock your socks off compared to this product. Not recommended

    Nothing is working properly. The TVs are not synced And do not turn on properly. No Wi-Fi service now

    After reading all 5 star reviews, decided to purchase a Sonos Beam Gen2. The sound is not that great, I would say is just ok, definitely not as good as described in the 5 star reviews. Watched NBA game followed by watching an action movie and I'm not impressed at all. When watching the movie, sound is rather flat...Hopefully arc will be a much better experience...this one is going back to the store

      Hi and thank you for your review. Hopefully you haven't returned it yet, as it sounding flat is more than likely caused by the tv not sending out the correct audio codec to Beam. We can almost guarantee it! That's as simple as going into the audio settings and changing it to a better audio codec to fix.
