I use it for gaming and for movies and it is Fantastic

It was easy to connect to TV and the sound is awesome

Didn't seem like the sound was stereo and every time we turn on the tv we have to use our internet remote to turn the sound on.

My old speakers deliver better sound quality than the Sonos Beam. I would have to spend another $700-800 to possibly get as good sound and I am not ready to do that, so I returned the Beam

It's alright buy but the best. Definitely better off setting up you're own sound system.

I was not happy with the sound quality. In fairness to the product I had it in a very large room. I returned the item.

It is ok , I mostly have Bose speakers at home and a big music lover and felt that this sound quality was just average

Not able to connect WiFi. Working through app and hdmi cable . Seems to be Bluetooth option not there

The bass was not strong enough. It was loud but not the usual Sonos quality.

Very good sound however music separation could be better. Quality cabinet with several accessories available

Incredible waste of money. Worked for about 4 months and now a total brick. Call customer service and be put on a 60+ min hold before you can even talk to anyone. They updated software for the app without proper testing and their customers pay the price . Do not by Sonos. I literally have $1000 of sound equipment and none of it now works.

When it was working it sounded great. Had to return it because it would disconnect from my TV every 3rd or 4th time my TV was powered up.

I have yet to hear this sound bar because I can't hook it up to my new TV, purchased at the same time. It's therefore hard to give it a rating.

Sounded great in store but less so at home. If you do not have an iphone you will not be able to set up sound for your space correctly. Price was OK, but not great.

Review is against Best Buy, not the speaker. Horrendous customer service. I ordered this speaker open box in excellent condition, and instead received the Sonos Ray, covered in grease. I spent hours on the phone trying to get various agents to coordinate the exchange. After several failed promises, mistakes, and experiences with unprofessionalism, weeks later I am still left soundbar-less. One agent tried to provide me with a gift card as consolation for the frustration and for the waste of time, but this request had supposedly been rejected by his supervisor. If you wanted to try to speak to a staff member at a store, you are no longer able to over the phone. I’ve left one or two bad reviews in my entire life, and felt that this experience warranted going out of my way to do so. I heard great things about this product! Save your time and buy it either in person, or from someone who’s reliable.

I was using my Play 5 with my tv for years. I “upgraded” to this soundbar and the quality of sound is not just inferior to my Play 5 speakers, but also my Play 1s.

I returned it because there was no difference to my ears then the first gen that I own

It has a bad glitch in the sound for the first 10 minutes its turned on
