The sound is great and with the addition of the Woofer, feel very immersed in the sound.

So far so good. I can’t do the atmos because of the age of my television. But, it sounds grea, the setup was easy and even without the subwoofer it still has some decent bass.

Great product, I use Sonos all over my house, it was a perfect fit for my 65” tv, it also fills the room with great sound from movies to Spotify.

I ordered an open box and was not disappointed. It came pretty much as a new one and delivery was fast. However, it would not connect because the former owners email was still in their system. I had to call Sonos to get it reset. Even worst, the Sonos app was missing important features in Andriod. The Truplay auto roon eq was only available for Apple. If you're not going to provide a remote, then the app should work the same for all devices. In addition, the Beam didn’t seem to have any surround sound effect that I could hear. And music, although highly defined, was just mono. The optional surround speakers are just too costly. I think there are better options out there for my needs so I returned it to Best Buy. Great experience with Best Buy but not with the Beam.

Purchased to enhance the tv sound. It has been excellent and was easy to set up.

as a user who was at one point, Bose audio only, & has owned and sampled a conventional soundbar with a sub, then a Bose Smart 700 soundbar without a sub, the Sonos Beam, gen 2, blew both out of the water! without much sound adjustments, the Beam provided great sound in both movies & music. The night mode is a little metallic for my liking but I should be sleeping away. only snag is, within the app, there is now clear way to rename speaker without changing the room name.

I have satisfied with the services I was given at this branch. Particularly I would like to thank Huma for her meticulous explanation and taking the time to answer my questions.

We swapped out our existing sound bar in our den with this one so we could add our TV sound to our Sonos system. It provides a very unique depth of sound the other bar did not PLUS by adding it to our existing Sonos system, we are able to play the sound from the TV through the entire den and kitchen on our other Sonos speakers in the area for a surround sound effect that was better than we thought it would be.

A lot of sound in a small box. Like my first beam so much I now have one in every bedroom. Simple to install, set up, pairs seamlessly with every television I’ve hooked them up to.

The sound quality is great. It is easy to use and looks good in the place I have put it.
