This sound bar was a perfect affordable upgrade to our 85 inch tv. Sounds are crisp and loud

Hooked on this speaker, phenomenal sound whether using the TV or just playing music. I will say there is a lack of features and the app is pretty bad.

Great sound. Perfect companion for my LG C2. Paired it with a Sonos Subwoofer, which is a must for a living room.

When it works, it's fine. But--very often it doesn't work when I turn on the TV. I have to turn the TV off, then turn it back on again, and then usually the soundbar comes on and I have sound. I called Sonos and they told me how to reboot it. It worked for a day then started not working again, same problem. I expected more from this expensive item. Also, I would not recommend Best Buy to purchase a TV. The salesman told me the sound bar would fit under the TV and told me the TV would swivel on its stand. Both were incorrect, so I had to buy an additional stand from Geek Squad (which does the delivery and installation). Be aware that the sales people are not knowledgeable about the merchandise and check everything out yourself. Delivery slow--it took a full 3 weeks from the time I bought the TV and soundbar until it was delivered.

Little soundbar packs a big punch, fills the whole room. We have a two story family room and needed a sound bar that drove the sound out, not up. Set up via phone app wasn’t ideal.

Sonos 5 Beam 2nd Gen does not link to Roku. When I use Roku it disconnected. As for the Beam, it as great sound, app is limited.

This is my 4th Beam Ive purchased. They are perfect for bedrooms and smaller rooms. I use the arc for larger rooms.

gave as a Christmas gift and it was installed soon after. Cartoons for the grandson sound fine, but the true test was music and it really fills the room with a smooth clear sound.

The Sonos Beam (2) has good sound for its size. However, it wasn't quite full enough for our 55in OLED. It would be perfect for a smaller bedroom TV. I returned the Beam 2 and purchased the Sonos Arc. The Arc is expensive at $900, but the sound is well worth it! The Sonos Arc gets 5 stars!

We were going to purchase the Bose, and I’m so glad we didn’t. The Sonos Beam 2nd Gen is so clear. The sound is excellent. This is the sound bar everyone should have.
