I HATE this product. I understood the need to supplement the TV built-in speakers but am totally disappointed in the explanation provided to my husband on how it works. Normally I can just unplug and plug back in but today his sound went out completely. I was trying to use my earbuds for an online call; all I could hear was the TV sound and couldn’t disable it until I put the airbuds into a Faraday cage. At that point I told him that was something I could not troubleshoot. I have been retired from tech support for 10+ years. Major disruption to his life as he has dementia. Told him we have other “dumb” TV’s…but that means moving furniture after his surgery this week.

good for the price. go for arc if you want to feel the real dolby atmos. good quality products .

Love all Sonos products, easy to combine and operate on app

The beam 2 is a great sound bar, can connect a Roku remote with the sound bar. The sonos app works as it should. Dialogue volume could be better, even with the enhanced dialogue enabled still could be better but that’s all sound bars imo.

Pleased with sound and the versatility of the system. I now have a radio with quality sound.

The sound and size is wonderful, but after a couple weeks it just disconnected from the tv for no reason at all. After wasting my time on two days of research and futile attempts to reconnect, it’s going back to the store. Do yourself a favor — google all the incompatibility problems with Samsung and even new Sony tvs before you buy. I never once had a problem with Yamaha on this tv or any other soundbar on my other tvs.. Sonos is the problem.

This is a good speaker for price. Mobile app is a nice feature.

My name is not correct on my card my last name is Murphy now and was at the time I applied for my card as it was on my ID also. Potts was an on my old account that was closed. I also told the employee who help me. Plus was told that I had earned a 25 dollar gift card card not true.

I purchased this item during the Black Friday sale. I wanted to add dolby atmos to my sonos 5.0 system and I couldn't be happier. The living room in my home is small and while I did consider getting the sonis arc this made more sense for the size of my home (next home arc). Obviously without the upfiring speakers it isnt the same but the virtualization works well enough, im not an audiophile. The overall sound upgrades over the gen 1 made this a worthwhile purchase and I'd recommend for folks who have relatively small living rooms.

This soundbar provides good sound quality for vocal audio and adequate audio for music.

Never used a sound bar before so I don't have a comparison but I love it.

My Bose soundbar died, so I went to BB and talked with Brad Chichester in the Parker store. He suggested the Beam2. I liked it so much I went back for seconds!
