But since products no longer come with any manuals, we have to find our way on-line and we need more "hand holding" than we got. But I'm older now so that must be my fault.

They convinced me to buy this because it’s wireless and swore up and down that I would get the same sound as my receiver and floor standing speakers. They lied. The sound is good but no where near what I gave up so I returned the speaker and sub. Sound should be better because this is not an inexpensive speaker and sub.

I read the reports that the 2nd generation had better voice clarity which was important to my wife. She was not disappointed. LOVE the upgrade. Bought it on sale which made it even better.

Bricked after 13 months

Maybe 10 hours a week. The issue is it has completely lost connect to my devices and now will no longer allow a factory reset to allow me to add the device through the Sonos app. When it worked, it was fantastic. Paired with Sub Mini it filled my office with robust sound. Now it’s just an over-priced paperweight.
