I have used sonos one for a long time and now this Sonos Beam is great. The quality is veru good

Purchased an open box item that was described as excellent condition and thought why not save a few more dollars on top of the sale price that Sonos had on their product line. Recieved the speaker excited with anticipation and noticed right away the package was loose in a box bigger than the product size and my heart sank. Brought the package inside and opened it to see the contents therein to find the item loose with a couple pieces of bubble wrap inside that clearly didnt protect the product much at all. Numerous dings and cosmetic flaws were found on both the ends and areas arround the top of the item. Working on returning the item but things are definately not as they were in the past and im pretty disappointed with the entire experience...

Sounds amazing!!!! Installed this in my Master Bedroom. I will be purchasing the mini sub next.

Love this sound bar! Easy to install and set up with the Sonos app and the sound is awesome!!

I’ve tried several soundbars, and this is - hands down - the best. I love the sound quality.

I didn’t know this at time of purchase that these Sonos systems don’t come with a remote and you need a app that you only can get on a iphone.

Sounds amazing the store demo doesn’t give it the proper due. Sounds much better at home.

It replaced a 15 year oid sound bar and the quality is better with a lower sillouhette.

Beam is great for a small condo. No need to buy the Arc. It is very powerful already.

Sound bar sounds better than just tv. But has absolutely no bass. Salesperson said it would sound ok without sub woofer. I need to add sub woofer

Wanting… Sonos Beam (Gen 2) is not working with newer Samsung TVs when using the HDMI cable. Sonos support is aware of the issue but has no update as to when a fix, if ever, will be available. Sonos Support’s work around is to use the optical cable, instead of the HDMI cable.

Sadly less than 2 month I am having problems with the HDMI conector. Obviously no returnable anymore.

Great sound. Especially with the new tv’s that have the speakers in the rear.
