Got the Beam just a few days ago and it is awesome! It’s a lot smaller compared to the arc but is prefect for my 65” TV in a average sized room in the basement. The bass coming from it is amazing. Then I messed with the EQ and turned on voice enhancement, plus calibrated it to the room using Trueplay and I couldn’t be more impressed. At first I bought the Bose 900 sound bar for $899 and was not impressed. I returned it and got the Beam and at half the price of other sound bars, the Sonos Beam is perfect! By saving money and getting the Beam, I can add on and get the Sonos subwoofer and rear speakers.

I picked up the Sonos Beam along with two Era 100s and the Sub Mini for my bedroom, and this setup is absolutely perfect for the space. Just like my other Sonos gear, the packaging is sleek and well-designed, and the setup was quick and easy through the Sonos app. Everything connected without any hassle. The sound quality is incredible for a bedroom—the Beam delivers clear dialogue and rich detail, while the Era 100s create a great surround effect. The Sub Mini adds surprisingly powerful, clean bass that fills the room without being too much. Whether I’m watching TV, movies, or listening to music, this system makes everything sound better. Sonos really nailed it with this combo, and I couldn’t be happier with how it performs in a bedroom setup.

The soundbar sounds great and looks really nice. The base does lack a little bit of a punch but the sounds clarity is top notch. My only issue was the connectivity, as the sounds sometimes drops all of a sudden. Since the connection is over wi-fi, perhaps that might be a wi-fi issue at home. But overall a definite recommend.

Sales person recommended this item. He played the display which sound fantastic. He failed to tell me that a sub woofer was connected to the beam for that extra bass sound. Now I need to purchase mini sub woofer to get that sound I heard in the store. I still am happy with this item.

The Sonos Beam is a versatile soundbar that combines impressive sound quality with smart features and a sleek design. While it may not be suitable for large home theaters, it’s an excellent choice for smaller living spaces. If you’re looking to elevate your audio experience without breaking the bank, the Sonos Beam is a solid choice.

I already had the Sonos Arc, mini-sub, and Ones in my living room for almost a year before I decided to buy a new tv for my master bedroom. I went with an LG OLED 65" and soon after, I realized our old Yamaha needed to be replaced. Decided to go with the Beam 2 and though it's certainly not as powerful as the Arc, it more than does the job in any sized bedroom. Watched a few episodes of Chicago Fire and PD, and voices were crisp. I had set the Beam to night mode, so it quieted the bass from my neighbor upstairs. The Beam has decent bass for rumbles and music, but if you're looking for more, you can easily add a subwoofer. What I love about Sonos, is that you can listen to music in multiple rooms. On my WFH days, I often play music in my kitchen/living room and go back and forth to where my home office is set up in the bedroom. I plan to add some Era 100s too, so when i'm not in the mood to sit in a home theater in my living room, I can get that same effect from the bedroom.

Coming from a really terrible Bose sounder experience. Sonos knocked it out of the park. Sound is incredible, great bass, audio is crystal clear. Very easy to set up, making it seamless like Apple. I am happy, wife is happy too :) We have it paired with (2) Sonos One surrounds which complete the experience. Also, I love the fact that they don't force you to buy a bundle - I have a black Beam and white surrounds which fade in more into the lighter colored walls. A+

the sound quality is great and the bass is really good for a soundbar. when paired with the era 100s, its even better and the sound resounds well across my medium sized bedroom. the biggest gripe I had was the initial setup but it’s been good since then

I like it very much. This is def good for smaller rooms. It’s plenty loud enough, especially when paired with the 300’s and mini sub!!! Super easy to setup! Just to be clear, this does NOT produce Dolby Atmos sound, rather it can read atmos codec… so you’re not getting upward firing sound just to be clear.

I bought this Sonos Beam (Gen 2) t replace my aging Definitive Technology Solocinema Soundbar, and I have to say that I am very happy with my decision. The spatial distribution and ability to discern subtle sonic nuances with the Beam is outstanding! We are temporarily renting a townhome, so I can't go too loud using this. As soon as as we move to our permanent home next year, I am adding the Era 100 Sonos surrounds and the Sub mini to my living room set up - can't wait!

Good quality build, modern design. I’ve heard Sonos is good for music and Bose good for movies, but in my opinion this soundbar sounds GREAT for both! Sound is loud and immersive, sounds like you’re at the movies! Dolby Atmos sounds awesome, even though the beam 2 uses a virtual function for Atmos instead of actual upward speakers! It has good bass, and that’s without adjusting the equalizer in the Sonos app! This soundbar has some cool features through the app that aren’t offered by Bose and other brands. Alexa function works good, and I’m able to control the TV using Alexa. The Wifi at home has not been affected by adding the Beam 2. The White beam 2 looks good, especially if you’re getting the white sub too!

For a compact sound bar. It fills the room with sound and without any other sonos product! Bass is good on it's own and has speech enhancement when needed. Definitely worth the price when on sale for $399.

I love our Sonos Beam (Gen 2) soundbar! It was easy to unpack and install. The sound quality is fantastic! It really generates a significant amount of sound power, so cranking it up is not necessary, unlike with other soundbars we've owned. It's a very versatile soundbar that can be easily added to with a subwoofer and surround sound speakers.

I returned my Bose Soundbar 700 for this. Hands down vastly superior to the Bose product that is twice the cost. Setup was super simple, the size is perfect for my 55" TV. It's mind blowing to me how much better the sound is than my Bose. This is my first Sonos product (I've always purchased Bose) and I'm a convert.
