    Was an open box, only issue was having to completely reset the system so it would sync up. Other than that sound is awsome.

    The product itself, a Sonos Beam is good. What wasn't great was the Geeksquad installation, which is quite expensive. Get yourself someone "tech savy" to install and connect to TV and phone--and save a lot for that service.
