    I received an "excellent condition" open box and unfortunately it had a rattling sound whenever bass notes were played. I kept it for 10 minutes after set up and returned it for the Arc. In hindsight I wish I held off until more new Beams were in stock as the arc is better but for my split level living room it makes little difference as I could have purchased a mini sub to go with the Beam. The rest of the frequencies were as impressive as advertised and reviewed which is why I still gave 2 stars for the quick return at the store.

    This rhung sounds amazing however they dont have enoogh bass even thr subwoofers they sell are weak so i ended uo refurning it

    The bar alone is not worth the price. To get the full effect, you have to add on several pieces, which makes the system even more expensive.

    If your like me you have been on the fence for a long time bc the Sonos line (imo) has always seemed a bit pricy . Well I can tell you first hand that they are expensive for reason! I purchased the Beam 2 and I wish I had done it sooner! This is the most impressive speaker I’ve ever had. It’s rich and immersive and requires very little space.

    I’ve had an Arc and Beam for a little over a year now. Sonos did a massive change to their app which controls the device and now the products have audio connectivity issues. To fix this, I must re-pair everything which takes time. The sound is excellent when it works. I suggest Bose until Sonos fixes this mess.

      Reboot Devices: Start by rebooting your Sonos Beam, Arc, and any other related devices (router, phone/tablet). Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve connectivity issues.

      Update Firmware: Ensure all your Sonos devices and the Sonos app are updated to the latest firmware and software versions. Updates often fix bugs and improve performance.

      Reconfigure Network Settings:

      Check Wi-Fi: Make sure your Wi-Fi network is stable and the signal strength is strong where your Sonos devices are located.

    Wi-Fi smh

    Received the Sonos Beam 2. Hooked up the beam and the Wi-Fi connection did not work. Spoke Sonos and they suggested to return the beam and get another one. Received 2nd beam today. Same issue will not connect to Wi-Fi. I have several other Sonos items that connected flawlessly. I had to pull the tv off the wall to run a hardwire to get the Sonos to work. The Wi-Fi connectivity on the beam was very disappointing especially when customer confirmed all other Sonos products work and they couldn’t resolve the problem.

    Horrible product. Don’t buy. Wanting to watch a movie? You can’t! The speaker WON’T WORK because it needs to update. FOR NO REASON!!!! It worked before the update. Now it doesn’t. Can’t detect wifi. Can’t detect HDMI. Sonos should be banned from store shelves. Furious customer.
