Good sound bar, not for me

Sonos Problems

I spent hrs and nothing corrected our problem.. They finally booked us a level 3,phone appointment for 10 days from our call... I spent approximately 1000 dollars for a quality surround system that I have to wait 10 days to maybe get it corrected? Really no excuse for this. I returned the 2 Eco 100 speakers 2x to Best Buy as their CS Rep suggested. Still didn't work right. Then i was told Sonos was in a major update over months.. Sonos can't treat customers like this and continue to sell a product that has major flaws. I cancelled my appointment .I returned it to Best Buy,I purchased a different sound system. I am a total care member and I am not the first to complain about Sonos Update problem.

Great product for the money!

I did not buy an additional speakers at this time but my very Techy son told me this one was good for future expansions! Had a bit of trouble with the setup but that is because I did not know my TV very well and did not use the right output. Once I figured that out NO trouble and we love it!
