Unreliable

The wireless transmission quits frequently and won’t restart even with Geek squad and Sonos technical support. Then 3 days later it will restart. Surround system speakers are not very loud compared to bar.

SONOS Beam Gen 2 review

It did hook up with my Alexa system, and will play music-but this product was purchased to enhance TV audio, specifically Dolby Atmos-and that has been nothing but an utter failure.

Posted .Hi, and thank you for your review. There have been issues with our soundbars and Samsung products in the past due to the way Samsung passes audio via the eARC port. We would recommend reaching out to us at sonos.com/support or Samsung as it may be an issue on the tv's end. Our vote is to contact us first to see if we can help, and then if we can't we would point you to Samsung. We're very sorry for the inconvenience.

Not impressed

Not Great for Enhancing Dialogue

In that regard, I would say this sound bar is no better than average. I'm guessing that I could have achieved the same result with a less expensive product.

Sonos Sound Bar

Could not get the dialog adjustment to be satisfactory. I have a Sonos Arc, in another location, and it's perfection. Just would not fit in the space I had available this time.

Get the ARC
