Best Christmas Gift Ever!

DO NOT buy sonos products.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The speakers sound good when the system works. S1 to S2 app: Most updates broke my multisspeaker system. Eventually, the only way to prevent this was to run an ethernet cable from wifi router in one room, up into the attic, back down into my bedroom. So much for a wireless system. Now the S2 app no longer supports my ios version. Nothing in S2 was updated or changed. Unless you’re ok buying a new smartphone just so you can keep using your overpriced speaker system, don’t buy into the Sonos hype.

Sonos beam
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sound great but there is an issue with the sound on the 4k Apple TV. Need to switch sound settings on the Apple TV to 5.1 stereo instead on leaving it on Dolby atmos for some of the tv shows or movies.

My company, which supports IT, computer systems, etc. was hired to install this for a home user client of mine. Was an absolute night mare! after over 90 minutes if setup time and updates, the system would work if it wanted to. Very unreliable, painful setup. Not a dependable unit. After calling Sonos tech support, we reset units and reinstalled and then was a new problem. We boxed it up to return to bestbuy as this is the worst system my company and I have ever touched!

Sonos connectivity issues are rampant and their new app is beyond awful. I spend 20 minutes trying to get my system to work every time I want to play music. Beyond frustrating. I would not recommend Sonos to anyone.

Poor customer service and quality

Tried resetting several times and called customer support and followed hard reset instructions. When everything failed they wanted me to send back the equipment and give me a 30% discount code for a new purchase. The sound bar did not last 2 years and they want it returned so they can refurbish and sell again while only giving me 30% off to buy another one of their products that will only last 16 months? I would not recommend Sonos.

Cool System, BUT

Have had this combined with Sonos Sub Mini for 5 days and have had to unplug devices 3 times already as it seems as if the Samsung S90C and Sonos do not jive. At this price point these systems should work without issue. On with support right now, but this $1,000 purchase will be returned if it cant be resolved.

Garbage

Just stopped working

Sonos beamed right back to Best Buy.

Best Buy Techs were great tried to solve the problem. Two separate visits by two different techs and over 2 hours of trouble shooting and the problem was not resolved. They even brought a new unit to try and nothing. In my opinion and from my experience with Sonos support and the Sonos Beam Gen 2 ,it really is an inferior product in comparison to some of the other options available to you.

I was excited to add this to my setup but it won't work unless hooked to an internet source and will not buy their products no more
