It wasn’t as good sounding as I had hoped. It was easy to set up, but the sound doesn’t match the cost.

This soundbar provides good sound quality for vocal audio and adequate audio for music.

This could be the most over priced sound bar on the market. I purchased this lemon to replace a 7 year old $175 Bose sound bar. Upon installation you are required to pay a one time connection fee on $19.99. What?? There is no remote. The sound is hollow with the bass being very weak. It sounded worse than my 7 year old Bose. What a joke. Sonos should be embarrassed for selling this lemon.

My Bose soundbar died, so I went to BB and talked with Brad Chichester in the Parker store. He suggested the Beam2. I liked it so much I went back for seconds!

The sound bar was very difficult to try to connect with a TV that's only 4 years old if the TV is not brand new it will not work

No issues with the item itself. Was just disappointed that after purchasing an open box unit $418 plus tax.......... It goes on sale brand new less than two weeks later. The only option that I given was to return it and swap it out for a new one, But then i'd have to deal with all the connectivity all over again. I think all things being fair. They should have given me a percentage back to keep my cost on an open box unit under the price of new given than it was within the 15 day window of their return policy. Ill just stick to offer up I guess next time.

Easy to install, spectacular sound and fits right into the Adonis family

My name is not correct on my card my last name is Murphy now and was at the time I applied for my card as it was on my ID also. Potts was an on my old account that was closed. I also told the employee who help me. Plus was told that I had earned a 25 dollar gift card card not true.

Worst connectivity issues I have ever dealt with. I spent more time troubleshooting this than listening to it.

This Sonos Beam Gen 2 blew me away! I had been looking to replace an older Bose system and when I went down to my local Best Buy to give it a listen on Black Friday I was instantly convinced that I needed it. I bought 2 of them and paired them with 4 One SL's and now I have a great system both upstairs and downstairs. Now all I need is a couple of subs and my systems will be complete. Sonos is every bit as good as Bose and for the money you can't go wrong. Highly recommend

Never used a sound bar before so I don't have a comparison but I love it.

The sound bar is pretty good but not as crisp as in the store. Geek Squad techs were very nice and efficient but were not fully versed in the Beam sound bar and it’s Wi-Fi capabilities. It was not until four (4) calls to Eero and Sonos that I found out the benefits of connecting mt phone to the sound bar. I should not have had to go through all that time and effort.
