This sounds fantastic for such a small unit! Didn’t want to spend the extra money for the Arc, and I’m very pleased with this Soundbar!

When it was working it sounded great. Had to return it because it would disconnect from my TV every 3rd or 4th time my TV was powered up.

Did not come with a manual giving instruction on how to use Sonos.

The Sonos beam works and sounds great once I collected the missing connections that weren’t shipped to me in the open box deal. Had to make a special trip back to the store a week later to get the power connection.

I don't know how to make adjustments so I gave 4 stars.

I loved the sound that is generated by this sound bar. It is full and rich. Conversational speech is clear and easily understood.

Sound bar sounds better than just tv. But has absolutely no bass. Salesperson said it would sound ok without sub woofer. I need to add sub woofer

Perfect soundbar for my room. Love the sound quality and the fact that it com s in white for the design of my room is awesome.

The Beam has many features, Dolby Atmos, etc and sounds full and detailed, yet doesn’t cost Arc money. Overall, a great value!

Purchased an open box item that was described as excellent condition and thought why not save a few more dollars on top of the sale price that Sonos had on their product line. Recieved the speaker excited with anticipation and noticed right away the package was loose in a box bigger than the product size and my heart sank. Brought the package inside and opened it to see the contents therein to find the item loose with a couple pieces of bubble wrap inside that clearly didnt protect the product much at all. Numerous dings and cosmetic flaws were found on both the ends and areas arround the top of the item. Working on returning the item but things are definately not as they were in the past and im pretty disappointed with the entire experience...

Bought this as a gift for my son. Loving this sound bar! Well worth spending a little more money to get this great quality.

This really sounds super clear. Don't let the size fool you. This little guy can pack a punch for those smaller rooms

We love our new sound bar. It works so much better than our old one. It sends the sound evenly in all directions.

Awlful. Do not recommend. Sound went garbled after a few months. Hard to control.

No auto volume leveling, so when sudden loud sounds appear, you'd have to manually adjust the volume. Not worth it. No remote control.

At $400+ this is not a cheap soundbar yet its performance is no better than a $200 sound bar. The app is cool and it's attractive in white, but the sound quality is at best mediocre.

Good for small rooms but not for big living areas.
