Beam sound bar

Doesn’t matter what is I use on phone I always have to reset the whole entire thing. Junk not worth it unfortunately I’m passed my return or exchange date.. so I guess I own it now.. thanks Best Buy for this soundbar lol.

Not Working with Samsung TVs

Sonos support is aware of the issue but has no update as to when a fix, if ever, will be available. Sonos Support’s work around is to use the optical cable, instead of the HDMI cable.

Hammering Sound- Defective

Beam would start making a hammering/machine gun sound at full volume out of nowhere. Sometimes while in use, other times in the middle of the night. Only way to stop it is to unplug it and it's literally painful to your ears to be in the same room when it's happeneing. Didnt stop no matter what troubleshooting I tried with support so I returned it. It has been going on for over a year, since the release of this bar and the Arc actually has a similar ongoing issue.
