Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great sound! Difficult to program when using a Spectrum Cable Box in a brand new Samsung TV. We can only use the Cable Box or the Sound Bar! Using the Spectrum AP and the Sonos.

He said yes and wow. We absolutely love it He was so nice setting up everything for us. I love you Best Buy.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The sound is good, quality of the sound bar is good as well but the App to connect i needs work, at times it drops the connection and navigating the App to reconnect take a bit of time and can be frustrating. I'm not an ameturer with comuters and gagets I've had many. So for that reason I can't recommend Sono speaker products.

It is really good music but you can’t pair with it via Bluetooth, which really sucks. That means to play your music you have to connect the app to your apps (Apple Music, Spotify, etc) and play through there. I experienced a bunch of issues with this, like the inability to see your smart playlists in Apple. We also used this sound bar to watch a movie and, while it added a lot of punch to the action, voices were almost impossible to hear. Had to keep playing that game of quickly turning it down when stuff got crazy and back up when people were talking. I can’t really recommend anyone get this. The speaker itself is great but I found the functionality to be super lacking.

Posted .Hi and thank you for the review. We're sorry you weren't happy with Beam. For the record, we do have a feature called "speech enhance". It's in the main play section next to the "previous track" button in the app. It looks like a little speech box. If you turn that on, it turns up just the center array of sound so that you can hear dialog better. We also support airplay 2 if you're using Apple music and want to use those playlist so you can use the interface you prefer and still enjoy through the Sonos Beam. We don't use bluetooth in our products designed for the home as wifi is the far superior experience when wifi is available. We hope this helps :)
