The Beam 2 has exceeded my expectations for a reasonably priced soundbar. No, it isn't a 5-1 surround sound experience but it is much closer than I would have expected. It provides excellent augmentation of voices and enough "surround" that it is very enjoyable in our smaller bedroom space.

Was very surprised on how well it sounded for such a small sound bar. Had an Arc in the same room before this and they sound very similar at lower and medium volume. It’s not until you really crank it up that you can notice the difference between the two.

This sounds awesome!!!! Even as a stand alone sound bar, you'll be surprised at the sound. Beyond satisfied with the sound quality, a definite step up over the beam gen 1 and definitely will keep you open minded about adding to your surround sound.

Sounds perfect. The arc is fantastic, the beam is a step down from that but perfect for smaller rooms. I have it in my living room which is decent size. I moved the arc to a media room. Couldn't be happier.

Was recommended from someone in the AV business for many years. For a family just looking to upgrade the sound and not needing a subwoofer or anything else, this has been perfect for us. We didn’t have to create a Sonos account and pairs nicely with out Xfinity remote.

Absolutely fantastic use it everyday sound is amazing almost too loud for my room but it is one of my best purchases I’ve made.

Excellent sound. Love that they have 2 speakers on the left and right and a separate one in the middle for mainly voices.

The sound quality is really, really good. Not as immersive as a true system, but this sound bar punches above its weight. The technology is really awesome too. This is a great product. 4/5 stars due to cost... this is an expensive piece of hardware, not for a value buyer.

Sonos, the amazing sound quality and clarity is a big upgade from my previous sound bar, this isn't my first sonos product, and I'll continue to add more of their products.

It’s been a month now and the soundbar has been a great addition to the TV. The only thing I hope is that Sonos makes the volume based on a number since you can't tell how high/low the volume is.

Perfectly happy with this, put in my large living room for TV and my music. Nice size and white sort of fades into the decor. Still working on shelving or cabinet to hide cords, etc.

Love it. This is my second beam, have one on other TV. I tried the Ray and did not care for it. Although it has a phone app you do not have to use the app to control it. You can ask it to play music and it does. Sound quality is great.

Been starting my Sonos ecosystem and it’s paying off!

This was to replace a previous gen sounder - this is probably the 5th Sonos soundbar product in the family.

If you want to hear the compact sound in family living space, sonos beam is the best option. to get clarify and depth of sound while watching movies and listening songs.

I was very underwhelmed with this sound bar. I bought with the hopes of building an amazing home sound system slowly as Sonos is very expensive but high quality. I loved the very simple set-up, connected seamlessly to my WiFi and the Sonos App was awesome. If i was to buy more speakers they would also quickly and seamlessly connect. My review of my above statement is a 5+. However, this particular sound bar did not meet my expectations for the almost $500 price. The sound range was very limited and did not fill my small living room like i thought it would. The sound was relatively crisp with voices and basic nlises, however, there was little to no base or surround tyoe sound unless i listened to music really loud and was in the dining room 5 steps up from my living room. I returned this sound bar and almost bought the larger sound bar, but for $900 and needing to spend another $1500 to buy a Subwoofer and surround speakers i decided to go another direction. If i was independently wealthy i would spend the 3k+ to build an amazing home sound system as im sure its the best sounding and intuitive system out there. Just didnt work for me who wanted something i could enjoy for under $1,000.

The sound is great for watching the game or a movie! Talking, even whispers are crisp and audible. Bass is a little underwhelming but you can buy the sub if that’s a concern. Would recommend!

The best sound from any system ive ever heard for the orice, weight, and sound. Ive heard many that are double and triple this price that dont sound half as good and the bass alone is freaking incredible.

Sound good, but returned for home theater system. I was looking for a fuller sound.

Love it has very clear audio/sound for a smaller sound bar overall 8 out of 10. Only thing I would do to give a 10 is a little more bass and higher highs . Mid are a 9 out of 10 great for a starter set. Would recommend to pair with the surround to get a fuller experience.
