I'd give it a 5 if it were not for the intermittent times where eArc connection does not synch with my Sony TV remote. Works about half the time and IR setup not available for this remote

I have not noticed any latency between the video and audio. The sound quality is good, but nothing I would brag about… for the cost I expected better. (I don’t know whether or not that relates to the 15 foot ceiling in the TV room. The Best Buy home tech was at my home so he was aware of the application) I think I could’ve had similar results from another good quality sound bar and probably saved 100 or 200 bucks.

My big wish however is that it had a woofer for the price paid
