    It would NOT connect to our Samsung 65” TV:( Wouldn’t recognize the soundbar being plugged in. Sadly, I had to return it.

    Sonos is a great product, BUT the response time from Their customer service was totally unacceptable. I spent hrs and nothing corrected our problem.. They finally booked us a level 3,phone appointment for 10 days from our call... I spent approximately 1000 dollars for a quality surround system that I have to wait 10 days to maybe get it corrected? Really no excuse for this. I returned the 2 Eco 100 speakers 2x to Best Buy as their CS Rep suggested. Still didn't work right. Then i was told Sonos was in a major update over months.. Sonos can't treat customers like this and continue to sell a product that has major flaws. I cancelled my appointment .I returned it to Best Buy,I purchased a different sound system. I am a total care member and I am not the first to complain about Sonos Update problem.

    Can’t control internal tv speakers with unplugging beam sound bar. Don’t want to use sound bar 100% of time. A hassle to unplug to use internal speakers.
