Complete Junk! I would never purchase another "Plug In" speaker product that will not work unless you install an app that needs a username, password, my precise location, access to my WiFi, or any personal contact or location information. AFTER doing all of that it will still not connect and will not reset. There is no sound coming out of it at all. There is 1 power cord and 1 hdmi cord and I tried multiple ones. I now have a $500.00 paper weight or door stop. I have a better idea, buy something that plugs in and just works. Period. Now I get to go through an entire run around on how to fix this garbage. And since it was purchased through the Magnolia Center it is NOT covered under the Best Buy Total Geek Squad protection plan. Or at least my last purchase wasn't. In this day and age when prices on everything are sky high the last thing I need is to be ripped off buy garbage products. I don't see how I could have done anything wrong. I plugged it in (very simple) and have now been trying to get it to work for the last 2 1/2 hours. There is absolutely no one in their right mind that would say this is normal or that it works better this way. It is now 1-1-2024 and it was purchased on 9-19-2023. I should have tried to set it up right away but that should not matter at all. Any body have any suggestions on what to do next?

I had a hard time setting up as i have 2 different networks and another sonis on the other network

Service was fine but dryer but dryer was defective. Exchange for new dryer next week.

Excellent sound distribution. I would like to have had a bit more volume on the sides, but this is really very acceptable. This Beam, in combination with 2 rear One speakers creates a room full of wonderful sound.

Wasted two hours to just make it connect to wifi so that I can use the app to make it work. Then it only worked for a while and the app lost it. Only stable connection with an ethernet cable. Sound quality is not what I expected, not bad but definitely not as good as I expect for the price. If you value sound quality per buck I don't recommend this, especially when I had such as difficult time with its app. I don't it's easy to use.

It do isn’t get as loud as it should even on the higher volume. Seems expensive

Sound quality is so-so, but the biggest issue is the remote range. I got this sound bar's TV hooked up to a Chromecast in a large open-floor plan room. I can control the Chromecast from anywhere in the room, but to change the volume or mute, I have to be within ~15 ft from the TB

Better sound for bigger bucks. Not certain if it’s worth it. I like it.

Wish it was Bluetooth, just WiFi compatible but my WiFi is non existent in the country. Sounded great in the store though.

My husband and I are very pleased with this additive.

Upon install and initial use, I loved this product. I use it for a bedroom TV paired with a Gen 3 sub and two ikea / Sonos lamps for a great surround sound setup. Works well for watching TV. Integrating with anything else like my local music library or using for alarms etc was taken away by new app update. Shame on Sonos.
