After reading all of the other reviews I really wanted to fall in love with this soundbar, but that just didn't happen. The setup for the Beam 2 was simple enough. The min-sub was a different story. After going thru all of the steps several times it just would not connect to the Beam 2. The Beam 2 by itself sounded like a $100 soundbar. I was not impressed at all. After about 15 minutes of listening to the Beam 2 I unhooked it, put it back in the box and returned it. I just could not justify cost of the unit considering the way it sounded.

The best sound bar for a small space. Crystal clear sounds that pairs perfectly with the Mini Sub

The sound quality is nice. However, the bar should be longer (wider) to allow more separation of channels. The "app" to manage the soundbar is ridiculous. It should have a remote like almost all the other soundbars in this price range.

I have had this for just about a year, It constantly reverts back to TV sprakers, The only way to get the speaker back is to power cycle them.

lack of connectivity made it unusable, lack of service from Best Buy was even worse

Probably need a sub woofer to go along with it for best performance!

Love the speakers. I understand what they say on the TV now . I do not have to raise the levels. The music also is very good on the sonos

Purchased an open box item that was described as excellent condition and thought why not save a few more dollars on top of the sale price that Sonos had on their product line. Recieved the speaker excited with anticipation and noticed right away the package was loose in a box bigger than the product size and my heart sank. Brought the package inside and opened it to see the contents therein to find the item loose with a couple pieces of bubble wrap inside that clearly didnt protect the product much at all. Numerous dings and cosmetic flaws were found on both the ends and areas arround the top of the item. Working on returning the item but things are definately not as they were in the past and im pretty disappointed with the entire experience...

Sound quality is good but it sounded a lot louder in the store

This sounds fantastic for such a small unit! Didn’t want to spend the extra money for the Arc, and I’m very pleased with this Soundbar!

The Sonos beam works and sounds great once I collected the missing connections that weren’t shipped to me in the open box deal. Had to make a special trip back to the store a week later to get the power connection.

Did not come with a manual giving instruction on how to use Sonos.

I don't know how to make adjustments so I gave 4 stars.

I loved the sound that is generated by this sound bar. It is full and rich. Conversational speech is clear and easily understood.

Perfect soundbar for my room. Love the sound quality and the fact that it com s in white for the design of my room is awesome.

The Beam has many features, Dolby Atmos, etc and sounds full and detailed, yet doesn’t cost Arc money. Overall, a great value!

Bought this as a gift for my son. Loving this sound bar! Well worth spending a little more money to get this great quality.
