The Sonic Beam Gen2 has a great sound, and the bass is better than expected. I don’t really notice a big jump with the addition of Dolby Atmos, but the sound is true and accurate. The setup was quick and easy, and the control through the Sonos app is excellent.

[Employee of bestbuy] Only had to take some time to spend connecting it and updating but once it was completed, everything was smooth sailing. Perfect for a bedroom, or even a small-medium living room. The highs are great and register very well, the speech enhancement mode is a life changer when you want to stay at lower volumes. The lows sound very great, despite me not having a subwoofer yet, this helps by being able to hit a wide range of sounds so it doesn’t so “hollow” like some other all in one soundbars I’ve had. The mids sound phenomenal, playing music, watching movies, or even playing games, the 5 channels lets me hear directional audio better than other soundbars.

This is an excellent speaker, the sound is crystal clear and it gets loud if you need it too! Very easy to set up. I would recommend them, they are expensive though. So we were talked into buying an “open box” one. Well it worked great for about 24 days then it totally went out. Called Sonos customer support because everything I was doing that the app recommended wasn’t working even doing a factory reset. The speaker wouldn’t even do a factory reset. So customer support tried having me do a factory reset also, I told him I already tried two times before talking to him but I’d try again. But to no avail nothing would bring the speaker back to life. So Sonos is sending me a replacement Beam Gen 2. He said it may be refurbished or it may be a brand new one, he could say. Hopefully I have better luck with the replacement speaker! I know this is a good brand so hopefully I just got a dud the first time.

No Bluetooth so that was disappointing. Sounds good, definitely recommend the subwoofer too.

Very easy to setup and a tremendous improvement in sound over the built in tv speakers. Well worth The price.

Love the Beam gen2 now that is has dolby atmos. It doesnt replace the Arc but for secondary rooms it is awesome. You can also expand the ecosystem if you want to get the most out of it. Simple set up and major improvement. This is my second Sonos bar. once you get a Sonos there is no going back!

This is one beautiful little system that I can expand as time goes on. Sound quality is great and doesn’t take up a lot of room. Great expandable sound bar! Set up for this system takes minutes.

I love this sound bar it has a great sound it is like I am right there where the action is. Set up was easy. I had it up and running in minutes.

I tried the sonos arc first but it was too large for my setup. The Beam 2 is just as good for small to medium sozed setups at half the price. Sounds great and easy to setup

Bought this with the matching subwoofer for my husband as a gift. He was so happy. Apparently his read about this brand. I had no idea. I almost bought a Sony system for him but, the design on this device and the subwoofer were so unique and futuristic looking I loved it for him. Also the sound is phenomenal. He was so excited when I surprised him He was super excited explaining to me that we could purchase more of the Sonos speakers and they would all be in sync. You can continue adding and have sound anywhere on your property. No matter how large your property. I had no idea but that fun fact has me wanting to put more of the Sonos around the house. Is worth the buy. It’s beautiful to look at and to experience.

It works wonderfully in our bedroom - even without the woofer! Love that it can either run off your phone or one of your existing remotes - which you’ll have to if you have an older phone that cannot update beyond OS 16.7.14.

We went in expecting to buy something completely when we bought the Sonus soundbar. It sounds nice and voices are much easier to hear and understand now.

Sound is very comparable to a Bose sound system. My only gripe is the volume goes down to nothing when you pause a show for 10-15 minutes.

The Sonos Beam was recommended by the Best Buy associate when we were purchasing our new TV. Initially he showed us a sound bar system by the manufacturer of the TV. I really wanted something with quality sound without having to have several speakers spread around the room. The 5 little speakers in this sound bar appealed to me. Additionally it could be mounted under the TV and also has the capability to add more speakers if we should ever want to. The sound is excellent. We did not realize when we purchased the Sonos Beam that it had the added features of voice control and compatible with Alexa to play music.

This is my second Sonos Beam purchased in 2 months for different rooms. Compact theater sound. Huge difference the clarity that draws you into whatever you are watching. The only drawback is that you get used to the sound quality. Spoil yourself.
