    This sound bar has not performed to the level I have come to expect from this product based on the insight oif the salesman and the device's supposed features. The sound is the majorfeature that I sought to be impressed with and I'm not impressed. Plus it looks tacky.

    Connecting the sound to the tv is not very simple. If you read some other reviews this can be common and a pain to deal with during set up. Not worth the work for me.

    To expensive for what you get. The sound was not much better than my older Sony soundbar.

    Not reliable. The wireless transmission quits frequently and won’t restart even with Geek squad and Sonos technical support. Then 3 days later it will restart. Surround system speakers are not very loud compared to bar.

    Very disappointed in this product, which despite my best efforts will not play any audio at all on my Samsung smart TV. It did hook up with my Alexa system, and will play music-but this product was purchased to enhance TV audio, specifically Dolby Atmos-and that has been nothing but an utter failure.

      Hi, and thank you for your review. There have been issues with our soundbars and Samsung products in the past due to the way Samsung passes audio via the eARC port. We would recommend reaching out to us at sonos.com/support or Samsung as it may be an issue on the tv's end. Our vote is to contact us first to see if we can help, and then if we can't we would point you to Samsung. We're very sorry for the inconvenience. john.milton

    Sound not quality average. WiFi App would not connect. Not impressed, returned and went with Samsung. Best Buy provided an excellent service, not their fault.

    it was open-box "excellent" condition as described.. However, it was good at all. If you buy open-box item, make sure , check it before buying..

    I bought this sound bar to enhance the dialogue on my TV. In that regard, I would say this sound bar is no better than average. I'm guessing that I could have achieved the same result with a less expensive product.

    I returned the sound bar due to its muffled sound on my space. Could not get the dialog adjustment to be satisfactory. I have a Sonos Arc, in another location, and it's perfection. Just would not fit in the space I had available this time.

    Volume of tv doesn’t always turn on…we have to shut the tv down and restart it since the Dino’s was installed.

    Returned and purchased the ARC. We were skeptical about it and ultimately found out, the ARC is so much better!

    It’s just a sound bar nothing spectacular. I think you get more out of a 5.1 surround sound and half the price.
