As I wanted this for music as well as TV, I felt the Beam actually sounded better than the Arc for music, and still pretty good for TV. Have since added a Sub and IKEA Symfonisk as surrounds, and the overall system is fantastic. Unobtrusive, really good definition and easy to listen to. Always thought of Sonos as being over priced and more about the multi room and streaming services. But this is a really high performing audio system and great value compared to >$1000 systems.

Easy Set Up

After failed trials with competing products, I decided to try this again, and I’m glad I did. I’ve had no operational issues this time and the sound is great. I’m very pleased with this purchase.

For sure needs to be bought with to play with a sonos sub or ceiling speakers to spread bass and treble in my opinion. Other then that yes a good quality sound bar

Would be great in a small room. Lacks any real height effect but gets fairly loud with a wide sound stage. Most people would be fine with this and a sub mini and era 100's for surrounds.

Vast improvement on TV speakers, add surrounds and it gets comments all the time. Subwoofer not needed, but considering for some added thump.

Set up with the app was very quick and easy to understand. Rich bass, clear highs. Movies and music sound great. For those looking for the complete sound package you may need a subwoofer.
