I love the Beam speaker!

The purchasing at your store was horrendous. Figuring out how to find it on the website, paying for it using a gift card and credit card was almost impossible while on your app. In fact I tried to purchase a new iPhone and was unable even after talking to one of your sales assistants on the phone.

The Geek Squad did an OUTSTANDING JOB!

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The Geek Squad technicians from Gilroy (Eddie and Jamie) did an outstanding job of installing and configuring both our bedroom TV and Sonos soundbar as well as making recommendations to our network that increased throughput by about 12 times its previous speed. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. We're very pleased with the results.

Sonos Solves Projection Issue

Then lips and sound did not sync. Finally a technician advised using the Sonos and another technician installed it. Now, thank goodness, sound and lips sync and we are happy with it.
