    I love that Alexa is included with the beam, but the beam isn’t exactly strong enough compared to traditional sound bars. Unfortunate, but I tell my friends who love how it looks to maybe consider other options. The controls are also difficult and require a device (phone, iPad) is constantly charged to control volume.

    We bought this as a cheaper Version of the soundbar. It has some features we liked i.e. controlling the Sonos with the TV remote. But the overall sound was about equal to our existing $100 Philips sound bar. So we returns this for the sound-base by Sono. We really wanted the air play feature to link all our speakers together.

    The laptop was not what I expected. Because BB policies are rigid, no return would be considered. It was my fault that I didn't try,it out before 14 days, but it does not meet my expectation. The Geek Squad did some installations and they get 5s.
