The Sonos Beam provides a nice improvement for TV speakers. The basic sound bar (no subwoofer attachment) provides improved response across the upper and lower sound frequencies and better control of volume. Setup does require online access to Sonos over the internet, either through wifi or an ethernet connection. It uses a Bluetooth connection to a tablet or smartphone to manage the setup. It isn't just plug in and use as an add on speaker. This makes the setup process tedious and annoying. Connection to the TV is either through an HDMI-ARC (audio return channel) or an optical connector, which you will need if none of the HDMI connections has ARC capability. Overall, it has worked well with the TV. It does not have numerical audio settings (e.g. 1-100) to let you know the volume, just a + and - for setting. But the improved sound over the TV speakers is nice.

The Sanos Beam is good. However, without the subwoofer it lacks depth. There are less expensive options that sound better, unless you’re will to also purchase the Sub and perhaps a set of smaller speakers to augment it.

I am very happy with my Sonos Beam Soundbar. It was recommended by the sales associate. Very easy to set up and makes everything sound better than just the TV speakers.

I was reluctant at first since it's a bit pricey but boy is this prduct worth it. Sounds great, setup works first time and Alexa integration is fantastic. Kudis Sonos!

I purchased 2 because the sound quality is superb and it works seamlessly. Love being able to control everything from phone or thru Google Assistant.

Easy to connect and certainly an improvement compared to the TV built in speakers. Since this is for the bedroom, the sound quality is OK. One disappointment is the fact that it's still not blue tooth compatible. Based on that fact alone, I consider it pricey.

Oh man does the sound bar enhance the sound of the new TV. Easy to connect & set up on the TV and phone. Super glad I purchased it.

Sound quality is awesome. What a difference compared to the built in. This was installed with a LG 65 Easy to set up and use.

The Sonos Beam is a nice looking and solidly built sound bar. The setup process is fairly simple. There is no remote control, but the Sonos app is fairly easy to use. If you're the type of person who just wants a simple sound bar with a normal remote control unit this is not the sound bar for you. As for the performance, it is just average. It reaches a sound level that is about 70 percent of what I really want it to be, so it left me dissatisfied. The other thing that I noticed is a very pronounced sibilance with dialog, and it was noticeable at even moderate sound levels. It is definitely a very solid unit overall, but for half the cost you can buy a sound bar with subwoofer that will give you a much more satisfying experience overall. I ended up returning it.

Sounds amazing. No regrets with this purchase outside of not purchasing it sooner. Brings movie and show watching to a new level.

Bought this for the bedroom. The sound was more than I expected for a soundbar without a sub. Love the integration with my other Sonos speakers.

Big sound, takes up a very small space. The Sonos name is top of the line in Home Audio. Setup and use is easy and great!

Sounds great! I might buy the sub and speakers to complete it. Anyway if you're thinking about buying it....I have two words for you. DO IT!

Only reason I can’t give a perfect review is because my speaker gives off a static sound every hour or so, gets a bit annoying not sure if there is just something wrong with mine its been happening since day one. Otherwise great volume/bass and quality

Easy to set up! Love that it has Alexa. Am having some trouble with Apple Music. Need to do some software research.

The soundbar is solidly built and for an average size room (12 x 12 to slightly larger) produces good sound. Paired with the subwoofer the sound is even better. However, given its length/size for me stereo separation into L and R channel with dispersion did not seem to be that great.

This sound bar is absolutely amazing. The sound quality is phenomenal. When watching a movie you feel you are in a theater.

I purchased two of these at my local BB. Both were simple to connect and work great with Alexa. The sound on these are amazing! You won’t go wrong with this purchase.
