The best sound bar I've heard under $500. Don't bother looking at Bose, they're a scam. This is much higher quality and has a much better low end. The Amazon control is cool but not the reason I purchased this. Setup is easy and it's nice being able to stream easily to it. Soundstage as well as bass are both nice. Well rounded piece for $400.

The speaker has great sound. The price was right. Alexa is a great addition.

I had a very basic soundbar and it was good enough, but when I upgraded my TV to an OLED, I wanted to upgrade the sound as well. I researched other soundbars and they were all ok, but very big. My living room is pretty small, so I wanted great sound in a smaller form. This fit the bill. Great sound and it has built in Alexa and Google assistant. So it is useful even when not watching tv. Totally worth the price.

Over the years we have transitioned to a digital only media setup via an AppleTV. We no long have cable TV or a Blu-ray/DVD player we love the simplicity of having a single device that can combine all media sources into one. But we still needed to use a universal remote to combine all of our audio video controls. Enter the Sonos beam. The Sonos beam connects via the HDMI ARC port and is always on. We can now control our entire TV experience from the Apple Remote (including tv power and Sonos beam volume). The Sonos setup was simple and well polished. I was impressed with the ability to use my phone microphone to tune the speakers to my room. Once setup, we were blown away with the sound quality. We came from a Bose 5.1 theater system and honestly couldn’t tell much of a difference. The low end was impressive dispute lacking a dedicated sub, which really is my only complaint with the system, the extremely high price point to add an dedicated subwoofer. If the subwoofer was more affordable the entire setup would be complete and highly competitive with mush larger systems on the market.

I was in the market for a soundbar without a subwoofer. My wife will not tolerate the heavy bass. After reading many reviews, the Sonos Beam seemed to fit the bill. We've now had the Beam for several months and it has been excellent. Fills the living room with sound for gaming, movies, sports, and regular TV. Highly impressed!

I’ve never had a sound bar, so was concerned about setting it up with my LG tv. However, it was very easy to unpack and connect. The calibrating process was amazing, using my iPhone and walking around the room. The sound is terrific! We have even starting to use Alexa to get music stations. Couldn’t be happier. I recommend it to anyone, even beginners.

Easy easy hook up to TV. Arc HDMI on my TV makes things a snap. Don't know otherwise. Has Alexa and Google built in. I have only used Alexa on it. I have 6 or 7 other Alexas around my home and was hoping to be able to add it to the group of my other group of devices but have been unsuccessful in adding it to the group. That's why it only gets 4 stars. Maybe some feedback from Sonos might help. There seems to be much online documentation but have not tried calling customer service yet. Otherwise sounds great. Do not have a subwoofer to go with it.

Replaced a Bose soundbar that died after only 2 years. Was a little worried, but heard great reviews from others that had the soundbar. Was super easy to hook up and get working. The sound is amazing. I have it hooked to am 85” Sony TV in a large room and have zero issues hearing. There is plenty of bass, but I will be buying the subwoofer to go with it just to add a little extra.

I purchased this for my husband for Christmas. In 10 minutes he had this set up and connected and we were using the soundbar. This was to replace an old LG soundbar we had and the sound quality is far above the LG this replaced. We have yet to connect the Sonos Play speakers we have for surround sound but honestly it sounds amazing just by itself. You won’t be disappointed if you get one of these for yourself

We love our Sonos Beam Soundbar. It has a really high quality clear sound. It does not have a ton of bass with adding a sub, but overall really satisfied with this product. At first I was concerned about not having a remote, but it works fine with my samsung tv remote or you can setup Alexa where it will work with voice command. Another great Sony product.

Lots I can say but will keep it brief. Super easy setup Extremely powerful (I haven't even tested the full potential) clear sound Simplistic Presents clear sounds feels almost surround sound like Pickups sounds I did not realize were present in movies I had seen many times previously. Really inspired me to re-watch my movies and experience them with great quality sound

I’m very happy with my new Sonos sound bar. It sounds great. Projects a depth of sound similar to a movie theater. The best part is how easily it integrates into your home WiFi system. With Apple air play it’s a home sound system in one touch. You can also add onto it. I’ve added 2 surround sound speakers. Other options exist if you’re the sort that loves bass. It’s yours to customize.

I will say for the price, the size is great and it looks very modern. A great purchase!

I have Sonos speakers throughout my house but this is my first Beam. Couldn't be happier! Like all Sonos it sounds great. Set up is a breeze and the new Alexa and Apple Airplay integration is a huge plus. Sonos speakers come at a premium price but it has been well worth it. They always sound great and the huge plus is the software/app. It is fantastic and is always being updated. Highly Recommend!

Small factor great sound with great clarity is amazing... I had to return it since for the same price I was able to get some other brand with bass.. This is very premium quality speakers i wish it would have come with bass... if you buy bass its like $699 crazy expensive. if you want to make it theater experience it will go > $1000 easily.

Easy to set up and add to existing Sonos equipment, sound is amazing for a compact setup. The app works flawlessly and love the ability to control and adjust sound settings. I'm sure a component system offers a slightly better sound but the Beam thrust you into the future immediately. A little difficult to clean the dust fabric cloth.

I’d been wanting a Sonos sound system for what seemed like ages and finally got one. The Sonos Beam is a great addition to any home theater (perhaps not a really large one, though). It sounds good, but if you have a larger room, you may want to look into the regular, more expensive sound bar instead. Otherwise, you can usually find some really good open box deals like I did! :)

I have this unit hooked up but did not enable Alexa or Google with it; instead I used an existing Sonos I have to control it and use it only for sound for TV/Xbox. The sound is fantastic and fills my room better than the Vizio sound bar I had before. Tried with it connected with my other Sonos speakers and found I do not need all that so just back to this for movies and games.

Great Soundbar that is easy to set up. Lacks a bit in the bass department, but when paired with my Sonos Sub and two Play 5s for full surround sound it fits the bill perfectly. Sonos App and setup is very user friendly. Have a Playbase as well, but since I now have my tv mounted on a wall, I needed a new Soundbar to attach to the Tv instead. The Playbase definitely is a bit punchier, but takes up a lot more real estate in your room. Huge fan of Sonos products and quality! Definitely on the pricer side, but I’ve yet to have a single issue with any of their products I own.
