I wasn't sure sure on the Sonos brand, but the reviews were good and I bought this on sale for $299. I'd say this has exceeded my expectations as I needed something smaller to fit into my BDI cabinet. Paired with the sub and surrounds, it sounds pretty amazing for movies. I'm now a Sonos believer.

Serves my need for space I’m using the Sonos Beam…sound is good but would not consider it superior quality.

It’s a sound bar. It won’t replace a dedicated home theater setup but it is perfectly adequate to use for a bedroom or office. I use one in my bedroom with a pair of Sonos Play 1s as surround speakers and I have another one in my office that I use for my TV and gaming PC for when I’m not wearing headphones. Airplay 2 works well. Very easy to use.

This was the perfect size for my living room and easy to set up.

A superb soundbar, especially considering its small footprint. The sound quality is exceptional and the middle sound give you a clear dialog sound when watching TV. When play the music by Sonos' App, it's even better. you can play your own music on the phone or use Youtube music or play Sonos' radios. It's now a must-have device in my living room. The drawbacks are perhaps it only decode Dolby Digital only, and it's got a big discount near Black Friend after I bought it.

Our former Bose system gave up the ghost so started reviewing Consumer Reports for a really good, not ultra expensive sound bar and sub woofer. This Sonos Beam was very highly rated and at a reasonable price. Remarks said it was programmed to easily hear dialog. Boy, can you! This beats my former Bose system!,

If you love good quality audio when listening to music while watching a movie this is your sound bar. At two rear speakers and you have a complete surroundsound system. I have two of these in my house and enjoy sitting and listening watching movies now more than ever.

Fills up my room with sound. For as small as it is, it produces big audio. I would have liked to get the arc, but a bit outta my budget. I would definitely buy this one again. Easy to install and set up. If you are going to mount on the wall, going to need to buy a hdmi swivel adapter possibly.

It is a Great Prodcut and allows you to play music through your phone if you are connected on the same network. Good Sound and also the feature of havinng Alexa builted on it; is a great thing BUT you must have some skills added to your amazon alexa account in order to give it some instructions to play with.

The Sonos Beam combines a good soundbar, Alexa functionality and easy access to music in one fairly priced component. Installation was very easy. Only issue for me was that the Beam died after a couple of weeks. Sonos support was great, and I had a replacement directly from them in a week. I suspect the problem, which they called "Power On Failure" was not limited to my Beam. After only a couple of questions from the Sonos support rep, he just went ahead with the replacement process. The failure is the only reason I am not rating the product 5 stars.
