Posted .Hi, and thank you for the review. We would recommend looking at the tv audio settings to make sure that it's putting out the proper audio codec.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It works very well as an external speaker for my TV, but when I tried to use Alexa to play music from my Sonos system, it worked, but when I tried to go back to the TV, I could not get it to reconnect. I had to disconnect it from power in order to get it back to the TV. So I don't use it with Alexa any more. Not really what I was buying!

I had to return this unit because it had an extreme lip sync issue that I was not able to resolve. Reading online it seems to be a common and known issue.

I was unable to pair to either one of them. Sounds was ok but not good enough for a mid size room to the point that my TV speaker was comparable or better and that should say quite a bit about the unit.

With this speaker, I did find slight difference compared to tv speakers. But I didn't find anything extraordinary for its price. Even with HD content.

Posted .Thank you for the feedback! We would recommend completing the Trueplay process with the Beam to tune the speaker to your specific listening area. It will make a world of difference!
