Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.this the has the best ALL around sound. it may be lacking a sub inside it but it handles bass just fine at high volumes. the paired with the two or more Sonos one sl's will take your experience to another level. if you want that bass you'll have to get the sonos sub which will make you feel like your in a movie theater.

The biggest problem is that it seems not to work well with the TV/cable, such that once everything is on, I'm afraid to turn off. I also try to turn on well before I "need" to watch, because it's so tricky or seems "dumb luck" to land where everything on. Some day I should probably reach out to customer support, although not sure if it's TV, cable, or Sonos. Never had any issues until there was a Sonos in the middle though.

Posted .Hi, and thank you for your review! Sometimes there are issues with ARC or eARC ports on the back of the tv. Try using the optical to HDMI dongle included in the box to see if you still get issues. If you don't then you know that's the problem. If they persist, then I would reach out to us at your convenience. One thing worth noting is that our products don't "turn on/off". If you need us, we're happy to help. sonos.com/support

Clear sound but need bluetooth for pairing easier.
