    I love sonos and have 10 sonos devices throughout my house. This is the first time I’ve connected one to my house and it’s great, but I wish sonos provided a wider selection for inputs. You have to use HDMI to get the full use of the Sonos Beam and since my newly purchased TV doesn’t have this my only other option is to go from the optical cable to an HDMI Cable and I lose the Alexa capability. Sound is pretty good especially when coupled with ceiling speakers via a Sonos Amp, and two Sonos One speakers. Next purchase is the subwoofer.

    I have the sonos beam, sonos 5 and new sonos 1 speaker with built in Alexa. This speaker does lack significant bass but when paired with a sonos 5 it is a beauty. Installation was simple and connecting to the tv was very easy through the sonos app. It’s a beautiful speaker and people come over and instantly love the sound quality. I would recommend this in a heartbeat.
