The Sonos Beam is an excellent smart speaker. The use of Alexa and the Sonos App is seamless and it is agnostic of platform (Android or iOS). What left me wanting more is the sound. Not including a subwoofer at that price point leaves a lot to be desired. The sound is good but not great which makes you want more when listening to movies with a lot of action or dialogue. This is a good entry level speaker for a studio because you would need a speaker for greater sound for a 1 bedroom or bigger.

I like the sound of the sound bar. However when hooking two a television without the HDMI port that it called for we had to get a splitter and hook it up a different way. What is effects on my television is the volume scale ie volume level. Function not available displays when turning volume up or down. We had to find this out on YouTube. Instructions we're no help.

Wanted good sound and clear voice and this delivers

Sonos with a great, slightly cheaper, option to the PlayBar... and the drop off isn't all that steep. Impressive bass for the size, updated tech with an ARC HDMI and AIRPLAY, which is not available on the full size PlayBar. Gotta love that Sonos App, too! Only draw back is when watching action films on high volume, voices can be drowned out with fewer drivers and speakers on the Beam. The Sonos app does have a function to slightly improve voice clarity, however.

I love Sonos products and this sound bar sounds great. I used this to replace a klipsch soundbar and in the end I returned it. Nothing against the soundbar but without the sub, it couldn’t match the sound I was use to from the klipsch. I think Sonos should rethink the price of the sub. I would have kept this soundbar and added the sub if it wasn’t 1.5x the price of the soundbar for the sub alone.

Setting up was a little tricky because it required an ethernet connection or wifi connection. For some reason my wifi wasn't working, so it was fun figured that out. Other than that it's been a very enjoyable sound bar so far. Its also a nice additive that it has google assistant built in.

My son is loving the sound and I loved the price point. This sub along with this very Crisp sounding bar is almost too good and I have had to tell him to turn it down a few times on account of Our townhome sharing a wall with neighbors :) happy with the product!

Hooked up to new LG OLED via the HDMI cable. Very easy to use, volume is controlled through the TV remote. Also linked to Sonos One & Sonos Play 5, like being able to here the games through-out the house when I walk away from the TV.

not super loud but has a true clear sound, probably good for a bedroom not a big living room

Unebelievable depth of sound from such a small soundbar. It has impressive bass by itself, but not as much as a true sub. One of my favorite features is it’s seamless use of Airplay2 with Apple devices and it’s ability to sync with a HomePod. If you play music and have Apple devices do not get any other soundbar.

I have by Sonos - Beam connected to my Samsung TV and integrated with my Xfinity box. Their app makes setup pretty simple, and have no complaints on noise quality. Alexa connection is a bonus too. Wish you could pair the Sonos Wall or ceiling speakers to this as the amp.

Looking to add some pop to a 9.1 setup after rear surrounds started acting up. So far have been impressed with sound quality.

Love the speaker. It integrates well with the all sonos speakers and works well with the sonos application. The sound quality is great given the size of the speaker. The speaker was able to integrate and be controlled be my fire tv remote. I would recommend.

Speaker is easy to connect and use. Our tv is so much louder and no distorted sound and higher volumes. The speaker can be used as a room music speaker connected to our iTunes account as well. Super easy to change back and forth and we can group it with our Sonos 1 speaker too. Highly recommend this!

It may not be the best sounding system, but paired with Sonos one's for left and right channels, and you have yourself a really decent sounding system that does not take up much space. Having Alexa built in to turn your TV on and off and control other smart devices is just a plus.

So far so good with my entire 5.1 home theater set up. A few technical issues with WiFi and some setting I didn’t know about but over all I recommend Sonos system over Bose all day and this is coming from someone that used to be a die hard Bose fan!! Bose headphones are still where it’s at though

This is a great sound bar. It it crystal clear. You can clearly hear the dialogue in whatever you are watching. It plays music extremely well too. It’s very nice that Google and Amazon Alexa are both built right into the sound bar. Highly recommend.

Music access is high quality and the fact that it stream directly via wifi let's you continue to use you phone as normal. No interruptions from text messages, phones calls, alerts in general. Just nice smooth music. Unfortunately Sonos still relies on old 2.4ghz only and cannot connect to. 5ghz wireless network. So unless you have a dual band wireless router your whole wireless network will have to be dropped to the slower 802.11 a/b protocols.

Loving my Sonos. No issues connecting to my popular brand TV, sound comes out crisp and full like with a bass, would like to get another one for my other room. Reasonably priced as well. I’m glad for BestBuy staff showed me this unit.
