The product works great but I'm not happy with Geek squad member who put an unnecessary hole in my wall. I've had to go to the BBB for a reimbursement of the monies that I spent on repairs. Be wary - Not every member of the Geek Squad knows what they are doing.

For tv listening I would give this sound bar a 5 star rating, but as a smart speaker...I am an Apple user and I’ve read many conflicting reports about Sonos and Apple’s compatibility. I am unable to use voice commands to play Apple Music and that almost makes this a deal breaker for me.

This bar really increased the sound experience in the room. Plus the added bonus by connecting in with our whole house Sonos system. Would recommend.

An amazing soundbar for Music and movie enthusiasts.. Add a sub and two ones to mAke it a full 5.1 surround home theater system

The setting for enhancing dialog helps tremendously during loud action movies. All around sound is great with the bonus of having Alexa built in.

I used this item to connect my TV with a pair of Sono one and make my surround system and I can control via my app phone or remote control from the tv

The Beam is amazing. We have surround sound with speakers in one room, and Sonos beam in the other, and the Beam is both less expensive, less intrusive, and better quality.

Bought this to give better sound to a sony tv. It also has Alexa built in, so I was able to remove my Echo from the room. Best Sonos sound quality, and Alexa functionality.

When you are considering a whole home audio system, Sonos really is the best. Easily controlled from an App and it sets up in a matter of minutes.

Good tv sound bar with voice assistant, it’s very simple to configure as tv sound bar. The only problem is configuring voice assistant, I didn’t use Alexa, but configuring google assistant is little complex. Works best with sonos one speaker

This is a great soundbar. I have many other Sonos speakers and this works well with the whole system The software is easy to use and the sound is fantastic.

We purchased this Sonos Beam to replace a Bose sound bar. It was a great upgrade. The Beam is great for the TV and music.

Bought a new Sony TV-bought this sound bar for it. Works great. Was looking at the Polk system. Felt like the Sony system worked better.

I have a SONOS sound bar and was expecting something less with the SONOS Beam. I found the SONOS Beam much better than I expected. With Alexa built in I am not disappointed.

We bought this sound bar for a bedroom. We already had 2 Sonos One speakers. Now we have a 3 channel system for a bedroom. Plus it’s great for wireless music play.
