Looks nice but....

I went with the white as it blends in perfectly with my fire place. The sound is fine I like it. What I seem to have issues with is the app, the remote, and the fact that others can’t sync it to their phone. My wife the other day just could not find it even if we selected it as a new device it just didn’t work. For the remote it’s spotty I can’t even login to the app anymore so I use my Samsung Bluetooth remote. I have to be right in front of it to adjust the volume. It’s a pain because I have to get up and walk 15 feet just to adjust volume. Overall looks good but is not responsive.

As advertised-quality sound-questionable support

Took me 2 hours on the phone with tech support (3 different people) to make it work. My 55" 2012 Samsung Plasma TV wouldn't accept the updated HDMI connection or the optical cable. Tech people were out of their element with an older TV. Finally, I connected to the DirecTV box and it works with an iPhone. However, the unit still doesn't work with the DirecTV remote.

Average Performance but good for the price!

I live in apartment and was looking for soundbar and SONOS is one of the top three brands anyone would prefer. I had to return it since I didn't feel much of a difference. I am aiming for another one which is a bit expensive. (fingers crossed) But overall I say its a good buy just I personally didn't feel much difference in sound and that's y 3 stars
