Poor connection

This device continually drops connection, and is "not found" on the Sonos app. Had to reset several times before it finally took Great device when it works, like the Google app connection, sound quality, the ability to manage with app So an A on that side balanced out by an F for connection issues .

What is all the hype for?

It is nice to have Google or Alexa assistants available and sync to the tv for voice commands but for sound purposes it’s highly disappointing comparing to similar systems for half the price. I will have to purchase an additional $700 sub to make it equivalent to a $350 Samsung or Bose system.
