I am in love with this sound bar! By itself and no sub or speaks it’s still amazing. Of course I added everything to it and it’s a crazy amazing system! Be sure to have the right to connections before your purchase. My FB was slightly older because I didn’t think about it and turned around and bought a new TV too. You have to download an app for this system and can be slight difficult to understand but once you get it then it’s great!

I love the sound of this little bar. For the amount of speakers the bar has the quality of sound is wonderful. I would recommend this for anyone on a budge since it is less expensive than the Arc.

This sound bar gives great surround sound when paired with rear speakers. I haven’t purchased the bass. That will be next. Easy to hook up.

Perfect sound bar for a small room (about 15x20). Easy to install and use. Theater quality sound in a relatively small device.

Purchased for computer sound bar. Overkill maybe but it sounds great. Note: still had to download app on mobile device - use optic cable and turn on tv mode. Wait for it. Like everything it does go on sale. Ease of use was fine on app but seriously Sonos it should have ability to solely download app on computer. Sounds like they’ve pulled back on this support in the last year prior to my purchase. Still able to get it to work and would buy again.

First, I must say that I didn't review the beam earlier when I bought it (the day it was released). There was a real possibility that I would return it because it wouldn't work through the hdmi arc connection. I called CS and we bashed our collective heads trying to figure out why it didn't work. He finally said: "I think it's your tv" at first I didn't believe it because it seemed like passing the buck; but upon reflection I realized that in fact it probably was the hdmi arc on my tv. I have an LG OLED 55C7P tv but I also bought an LG OLED 55 tv two years before that was in the living room. The older tv would turn on and switch to an input the moment i clicked a button on my Apple TV remote; the newer TV never did that..... I just never cared enough.... Until now. I tested the Beam on the older tv and it worked without a problem. I ended up calling LG's CS and they had a tech come down and inspect my TV. they couldn't figure it out either and were about to call it a day, when the tech decided to swap out the TV's circuit board aaannnnnddd that did the trick. The Beam is just great, especially if you don't have a soundbar/ht sound system already. The one thing to keep in mind when justifying spending $400 on a soundbar when half that would get you a decent soundbar, is that this ties into the sonos ecosystem and sounds great as a music speaker. Also if you already have a couple of Play:1's you can put them in the back of the room with the Beam and create rear surrounds. This is a very high-quality, well thought out, versatile speaker and should be considered if you want to get a soundbar and also jump into the sonos ecosystem.

Bought this to boost the sound. Absolutely love it. I set it up myself (have never done that before). Love the ease of Alexa.

The Sonos beam soundbar delivers incredible sound for such a small soundbar. The bass is much deeper and louder than I thought possible. It’s not a subwoofer, but it’s rich in tone and has crisp highs and mids as well. I listen to jazz eith it, and watch movies as well. It gives a great surround sound style experience for only being in one location. Also, vocals and conversation are clean even with lots of other instruments or background action sequences going on at the same time. I wish it was a bit cheaper. But, you get what you pay for.

This soundbar is great; if you're already invested in the Sonos landscape, this is a no-brainer (unless you want Dolby Atmos, in which case, the Arc is fantastic too). The sound fills a room pretty well (my living room is ~15x20', but is exposed to the dining room, entry way, and sunroom) and it carries throughout the entire floor. Setup is straightforward; it took more time to get my Sonos account set up than it did to get it playing music.

Sonos is the absolute easiest system to set up , add to etc . The clearness of sound and esthetic is great !!

Great Sound quality And love it’s a built in Alexa. Only thing my other Alexa can’t connect with the Sonos speaker.

We are putting a TV over the fireplace and wanted to have clear, crisp sound so we wouldn't need to raise the volume on the TV speakers. A sonos beam was suggested and it does the trick. We can sit on the porch, have the TV on low and still hear everything without disturbing the neighbors. We can also listen to music low and still hear everything clearly. We put the Beam bar under the TV and it works beautifully. The outdoor cover protects the TV and the Beam.
