Good sound but have to control it from an App too much when you run into issues. Wouldn't play sound for one DVD for some reason and had to go back to TV speakers. Not very plug and play.

You do not have to be a technical wizard, easy setup and the sound quality is outstanding. I have not paired the Sonos Beam & Move yet but look forward to the combination.

Was looking for something for our bedroom tv. This did the trick. So much sound and clarity. WiFi is good for assistants like Google. We are a google family so it works perfect for us. I highly recommend for the speaking quality and sound. It is scalable with other Sonos speakers but we are happy with the sound bar for now. Highly recommend.

I like that I can control my tv via arc hdmi by using Alexa features. I also like that it seemlessly intergrates all my smart devices on my net work. The sound is amazing. But you already expect that from sonos. Anything less would be disappointing. I can’t wait buy a pair of sonos play1 and sub to pair it with to enhance the already wonderful sound. Airplay works flawlessly. Lastly. Asethically is just is pretty to look at.

I like the sound quality a lot and set up is pretty easy just don't like that it gets unsyncd with my wifi kind of often which is a pain to get back online when I want to hear music or watch tv. I have this paired with a Play 1 and I want to build out my sound system with another but the wifi connection doesn't stay synced long enough for me. Currently have a issue because it must be plugged into a new router I bought recently and I can't just get it back online through wireless connection. What a pain.

As an employee, I was excited once Sonos announced there new Beam, however I was skeptical because of the size of the soundbar and how much dialogue the soundbar could produce. Bought it when it came out, tested it everyday since then, and all I can say is that it’s the BEST soundbar at $400 and below by far. The center channel for dialogue is impressive, but it’s made for smaller environments. Would definitely recommend this soundbar to anybody!

No need to say that's quite expensive but that's the price of good quality. For me, a good sound is key to watch movies on TV and listen to music. And I can say I'm happy with this Sonos soundbar!

We have a small living room, so the Sonos Beam more than fills it with high quality sound. Two pleasant surprises: 1. Ease of setup: Took all of 10 minutes including software updates. Cables are relatively invisible against our charcoal grey TV stand and stay in place without much trouble. 2. Plenty of punchy bass even without a sub. Love it already, and can’t wait to add a couple of Play:1s to complete the surround sound setup.

I have a high-end home theater system with top of the line Polk Audio speakers. I needed something less powerful to use when not using my Polk speakers. The Sonos beam adds a great sound in place of the TV speakers. There’s even just enough lows to fill the room with great sound and bass. The addition of Alexa is a added plus. This is my first Sonos product and I have already added another speaker to my collection - the Play 5.

Great system and flexibility. Should be easy to expand, but that will come later. Not quite the sound that they produced in the store, but very good in my home. Easy set up and love Alexa.

Great Entry Level Sonos for your TV

Clean, crisp sound, great for TV, and solid for music. Trueplay tuning makes a huge difference, and can be performed on any iOS device. Pairing with a pair of Sonos Play 1’s and a sun for 5.1 surround sound takes the Beam into an upper tier sound system. Incredibly rich and clear sound in a small form factor. Only caution is that if this is your first Sonos, you are going to want a dozen more.

I primarily bought the Sonos - Beam as a cheaper alternative to the Sonos Playbar to synchronize my other Sonos speakers with my TV. The sound from the Beam itself is good, but not great. Of course, the sound in combination with the other Sonos speakers is great. That is to say, I probably would not recommend the Sonos - Beam unless you were planning to pair with the other Sonos speakers. The setup and use of the Sonos - Beam is easy and seamless; the setup and use of the built in Alexa Voice Assistant is not. I know they are working on upgrades to this feature to enhance its utility. As of right now, I don't think the Alexa Voice Assistant is adding much value to the product.
