More powerful than expected. Bass is not as strong as the larger Sonos, but this was expected without a separate sub-woofer. Highly recommend!

This is my first time owning a sound bar, and I am really enjoying it so far for both TV and listening to music. It has a surprising amount of bass and the dialogue feature comes in handy for watching shows. The only thing I wish it had is it's own remote. With my TCL TV remote, changing the volume is often laggy. However, volume control from the sonos app works well. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase and can't wait to get the sub woofer and speakers to pair with it.

The only way I could imagine someone not being satisfied with the Sonos Beam would be if they asked more of it than it is meant to be. Have a small apartment, or just like a light home theater experience for your bedroom TV, go Beam. Pair it up with Play 1s for rears and it is immersive in those environments. I dont have a sub for my bedroom setup with the Beam & 1s because I think the bass is already beyond adequate. Just dont throw it in a large room expecting a whole lot unless its just to have something better than the built in TV speakers.

Easy setup, great sound. Never an issue with ARC on my 2011 model Sony TV.

I just received this product for Father’s Day It is located in a room that has high ceilings and an open floor plan.The sound is clear and I am glad I made this choice.My hope is that it has longevity.

sounds great and it's cool looking that there aren't displays of what to do but it makes it less user friendly please add small useful symbols on top of sound bar

Janae, the store salesperson, took my cell phone number and as soon as she knew two dishwashers were coming in, phoned and took the order over the phone, she gets 5 stars. And neither of our existing washers were working., AND, we were going to buy somewhere else that very day. Jacob, the installer, came yesterday, by himself, removed the two old units, installed the two Bosch washers in one hour flat. Pleasant, dressed for the job, walked me through the operation, he gets five as well.

Already owned sonos surround for living room, was spoiled by the great sound so it made sense to add this sound bar to TV in the bedroom.

Easy to set up and syncs right to my other Sonos products. Quality product with high quality sound. I would highly recommend this product.

Love it, love that it works with Alexa. It takes a second or two to respond but it has amazing sound. I have it connected to the Play5, Play1, and Subwoofer.

Best sound quality for a soundbar I have ever owned. Much better than the Beam. Definitely worth the extra money.

It’s a very basic soundbar. Great for the bedroom or small room. But for your entertainment room definitely consider the more expensive soundbar from Sonos, which I also have. You won’t be disappointed.

Sound quality is better than anything else we have tried. Love the sleek and clean look of just the soundbar, and its nice that it also has Alexa built in!

I love the sound out of this compact set of speakers. The only flaw is that I can not find out how to have the sound come on when starting up the system through the television remote. I have to go to the app downloaded on my phone to turn it on. Also, if the tv is paused for more than just a couple of minutes the sound once again requires being turned on through the app. I have watched set up videos, unplugged and reinstalled the system per instructions and the issues still persist. I love the sound but would not buy this unit again.
