Bought 6 of these to replace 6 zone distributed audio system amplifier that failed. Easy to set up and use but takes some getting used to compared to keypad controls in each room that I previously had. Always having to have phone/tablet/laptop available to adjust volume is annoying. This would not be as much of a factor if units were in the room where the speakers are but that is not my situation. I started out with a couple units to try the system out and would recommend doing that because a store demo is a little different than actually using it yourself.

Songs really delivers on the plug an play component. Literally remove it from the box wire your speakers in and then simply follow the step by step directions in the app and in minutes you will have music, radio stations, news and podcast on demand.

We recently purchased a home with wired speakers throughout and this has been the perfect solution! We currently have 4 speakers connected and plan to purchase additional amplifiers to run the other speakers in different zones. Easiest installation EVER!!!

We replaced our old Bose amps that powered speakers throughout our home with Sonos connect-amps. So cool to stream music by asking Alexa, especially on our deck and patio speakers in the summertime. Easy, fun and great devices.

At a reasonable price, the Sonos does a great job connecting the sound in all the rooms in my house. It is seemless without glitches that cause malfunctions. As a bonus, it will allow me to connect outdoor speakers. I highly recommend this product!

This is exactly what I wanted, a great streaming music player that works with my 4 ohm passive subwoofer speakers and provides a line-in connection for a component (CD player in this case). Also a great addition to my other Sonos components.

This unit is great... i bought two of them and had them up and running within minutes... plan on purchasing more once i can find out where to put them... they are that good... even was able to hook them up to a speaker selector and running two different rooms

Have been reluctant to convert to wireless systems. This Sanos unit has removed all doubts. It gives us so many more options than even the best of traditional systems. I am extremely pleased and recommend it to all.

So, I think the principal behind this device is fantastic... it ties into the Sonos ecosystem allowing for easy control over your home network of music for single and multiroom audio applications. At 500 bucks, the price is excessive. The only benefit to the Sonos ecosystem is that it can be controlled and automated in smart home automation applications. For example, it can tie into a Harmony Hub function that can be activated through the Samsung Smartthings Hub, when you walk into a room, a motion sensor can determine your presence and then activate music playing with other automations. The benefit to this and the Sonos Ecosystem ends there. Most other manufacturers are using DTS PlayFi for multiroom and single room wifi media controlled applications. You can get a DTS PlayFi device (the Klipsch Gate for example) for 70 bucks and use your existing amp to power your speakers and have the same capability as this 500 amp. There is also the Klipsch Gate Amp which goes for the half the price as this and does exactly the same thing.

I have a few of the players and this amp works as well as the other Sonos products.

Great way to fill your entire home with customized music. Love it!!!!

I used this to replace a receiver that was powering some outdoor speakers. Seems to work great, has made it really simple to turn on music from my phone when outside, and the ability to group with other Sonos speakers in the house is fantastic.

These little wireless speakers are awesome, they sound so good and combined with the sound bar the surround sound is out of this world. Hands down the best surround sound system I have ever had.

Love the new innovative ideas that come with this product. No wires and no issues.

I've been using Sonos products for about a year. They have been great. Their products just plain and simple work. They work together, they work independently...What's nice about Sonos is that they work without having a phone within Bluetooth range.

This is a great invention. I have separated my house into zones so when we are outside in the pool we can listen to music while the kids hang out in the den with a movie and my guests in the living room can also be watching tv or listening to music. EVERYONE is happy!!!!!

Had a good set of Bose speakers that I didn't want to replace. The Sonos connect:amp let me plug them into it so I could connect them to a Sonos and all of my Sonos speakers. Now I can play music everywhere in the house. Easy to set up.

I recommend this product to anyone who would like to get it!

Used this for an install at a Barbershop. PERFECT. Reliable, set it and forget it performance. Easily controlled from phone. No fuss. It just works. Highly recommended and will be my new go to for easy, reliable, in and out installs.
